Food court etiquette; fight for a seat. The curry is fine with your liking of spiciness. I always order small rice as it can be difficult to finish it all. Don't want to waste food.

I've can make no secret of my love of CoCo Ichibanya – when I find I'm in a country that has a CoCo Ichi, I have to hunt the store down and get myself a curry. I've tried them in Japan, South Korea, Thailand and now Hong Kong. Having lived near a Coco Ichi in Tokyo for some time it... More

I didn't try this kind of Japanese curry when I was in Tokyo, so I decided to give it a try here in Hong Kong and I absolutely loved it. I went for the croquette curry and was delicious, very creamy with a thick and intense sauce, with the possibility of choosing the portion of rice and the spiciness of... More

4A atrium Langham place mall has so many smells it's over whelming. This is the prominent smell. Japanese curry chain with a few branches in Hong Kong giving you the choice of rice portion sizes. Good. Hamburg steak curry my fave.

We were on a tight budget so we visited this curry restaurant and was a reasonable price for someone trying to save up money. You are able to adjust the rice and how spicy the curry is as well as able to add salads. The food came within 5 minutes and the receiving the cheque and everything else was also... More

The place where I visited was inside the food court of Langham Place Mall on the 4th Floor. Service was fast and they had arrangements for service as well as take away. The quality of food was great and the variety of food is pretty decent. It is a curry house and serves food which is like a Combo (... More

We stayed at the Langham hotel so it was quite easy to pop into the food court here if you didn't want to eat at the hotel. This was one of my favourites, really tasty chicken curry. Wasn't sure about the cheese but still all good, worth a visit.

Had the chicken cutlet curry. Very nice. You can adjust the quantity of rice or the heat of the curry sauce.

We were starving after walking around for a large part of the day. We saw a sign and wandered in. Good solid meals and delicious. Add in a few ice cold beers and we walked out of there very satisfied.

Staying in Central

Neighbourhood Profile
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
