Hands down the best meal I had in HK for an insanely low price - Beef brisket soup w/noodles. Would’ve happily paid double for the broth alone... Long queues out of the door, but worth the wait.

It’s a climb up a slope but you can’t miss it when looking for the place due to the queue. But it does move fairly quickly. Don’t expect any ambience or service (hence no one hangs around for long) but the food speaks for itself....More
this place is horrible, the owner is a DixxxK, he is so rude, you shouldn't even go here for the long line its absolutely not worth your time, those idiots who told thats a nice place and taste are absolutely just came out from jail,...More
Rated to have one of the best beef briskets in Hong Kong (so they say), perhaps my expectation was too high or the long wait in the rain changed my taste buds, but I found the fare to be overrated and underwhelming. So... after the...More
九記/ Kau Kee was the best Beef Brisket noodles in HK. Unfortunately, with its fame the owner either has lost the recipe or the drive to keep the standard. No matter the taste, there’s constantly a Ten minute or longer queue outside it’s Gough Street...More
You will probably have to line up for about 10-15 minutes if you want to eat here, but it's definitely worth it. I'm a little shy so I was a bit surprised when I noticed that they seat you with complete strangers at any table....More
Came at a peak period and had to wait for about 10-15 minutes but the wait was worth it as the food was absolutely delicious - we had the curry beef brisket noodles and the original beef brisket noodles. Will definitely be back!
I’ll never go there again. Waited 15 minutes. Taste was not bad but i found some hair and a fly.
Getting there I was there during their off peak hour (around 3 plus in the afternoon), there was not queue and we were led to our tables pretty fast. For info, there were 11 of us in the group and we had to be seated...More
Affordable. Springy noodles with tasteful soup broth and tender beef brisket. Be prepared for long queues if you going during meal hours though.
