The popular Maxim restaurant is pretty well decorated, presentation of table setting is impressive. We were really looking forward for an unforgettable dinner in HK. But sad to say food dint live up to our expectations, suckling piglet is not that crispy and the dipping...More

There are two things that stand out here - that they have ladies pushing trolleys with the food that you can order from, and that you are not required to share tables with other diners, which is a rarity in Hong Kong. You do not...More

The concierge at our hotel suggested a visit for an old style Hong Kong dim sum experience. He was right. It's a posh space upstairs at city hall, near Central and the Star Ferry. The first dim sum cart pusher to come by was unusually...More

Our guide book recommended this restaurant so, while holidaying in Hong Kong, my husband and I joined the queue one Saturday afternoon in June. We had to wait for about 30 minutes but were entertained in the meantime by protesters demonstrating against Maxim's. The signs...More

My husband and I reach the restaurant 9:30AM on Sunday didn't need to queue just walked in straight and start having the food. It's the luxury place to have dim sum and the price is quite high. The bill was HK$560 for 10types of dishes....More

When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies
with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The
area widely known as Central is the major financial
hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up

street party every weekend. Although everything seems
to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of
