I was here tonight to celebrate my birthday with my family and my my brother's family. This restaurant has a classic relaxing atmosphere which is perfect for casual business meetings or family gatherings. The food is delicious and the service is first rate. The fried eel ball, the lobster noodles are highly recommended. Simply love it here !

Re-visit Spring Moon last week for dinner with friends, part of the reason they have just awarded One Star Michelin. Very attentive service, front line staffs are well groomed and professionally trained, the restaurant is fully booked and I still see people come in at 9:30pm for dinner. No doubt a big credit goes to the new Chinese Executive Chef... More

The prawns whichever way cooked are fresh with great taste. The wine list was very good in the choice for the food on the menu. tables are well separated... More

Come here for birthday dinner. The environment is very cozy and romantic (actually quite seldom for Chinese restaurant). For the food, they are awesome and delicious. The famous cha sit (BBQ Pork) was very, very good.

We ate here as a celebration for our wedding anniversary and the restaurant did not disappoint. The service was impeccable and our waiter explained both the food and wine menu to us in great detail. We had the Peking Duck (two ways) which was sensational as well as another beef dish and followed by a traditional dessert. The presentation, the... More

The Spring Moon of the Peninsula Hong Kong besides being famous of its mooncake is also endeavoring in making new initiatives, such as the whisky dinner they held with Macallan on 20 October 2016. The event was launched with good preparation and care to details. The whisky selection was good. Guests could try Macallan whisky from a few hundred hong... More

The ambiance is very good except that the lighting could be improved with better spot light for the table. The food is excellent. We tried the appetiser of deep fried duck slices in pomelo salad, which was very refreshing. The Sichuan prawn and dried seafood in tofu pocket were excellent, even by local Chinese standard. Spring Moon has set a... More

For a foodie like me this is heaven. The food was absolutely sensational. The staff second to none. It was a pleasure to be here. I doubt that I would find this quality anywhere in Hong Kong. I will be back every time I drop in to Hong Kong. My palate would never forgive me if I skip this restaurant.... More
