Pullman Jakarta sets the bar high!

It was my first time here in Pullman Jakarta and I'm extremely happy and grateful with thr wonderful, world class customer service. The breakfast at Sana Sini is out of this world. Grand spread and large variety. The Sana Sini staff, AAP & RINDI are...assets to Pullman Jakarta. They are attentive to our needs and always checked on our table periodically to see if everything was in tip top condition. Hot drinks are topped up fast by AAP and RINDI. I really appreciate the staff taking care of us during the daily breakfast. It makes me feel welcomed and I could sense they appreciated and are happy to serve us in a professional manner. I believe, apart from great training, they have the heart to well in their roles. Brilliant work from AAP & RINDI. Breakfast at Sana Sini Restaurant Pullman Hotel Jakarta was great! We stayed at Pullman for 8 nights and during our stay, we always enjoyed our breakfast time. We met this amazing Chef “Wulan” who is so nice and friendly. She always greeted us at her...station with her charming personality. The food that she cooked was super yummy especially her fried rice a.k.a Nasi goreng kampung! My husband is American and he loves Indonesian cuisine and when he tasted the nasi goreng kampung by Chef Wulan, he said it was so yummy! Lunch for Mon-Sat cost around 460k/pax exclude drinks open 12-3 pm, while Brunch on Sunday cost IDR 630k include juice, drink water, ice tea, coffee/tea. So far they have BCA and BRI card promo only with 15% off
