Unsuspecting place. The owner married a Filipina and put up a restaurant next to the airport. The food is authentic. The coffee is great. You have to try the noodles, just make sure you put a bib around your neck and slurp it all like a child.

Closest Vietnamese restaurant in our hotel. We were going back to a restaurant we tried earlier, but decided to try this one. Ordered their most frequent order, which is the beef stew pho. VERY disappointed. Hardly any noodles, with few pieces of beef floating around. Broth was okay, though.

We wanted to have a taste of Vietnamese menu in Palawan after our tour guide mentioned in the tour narrative that there were so many Vietnamese refugees who sheltered in Palawan after the Vietnam war and decided to settle in Puerto Princesa. He specifically recommended Pho Saigon for its proximity to the hotel. We found the food bland, without the... More

I was so excited to bring my family and relatives to taste their food, sad to say the beef stew rice noodles that we order has only 3 small pieces each and the most disappointing part is when my nephew requested for an extra sauce for the crispy noodles because it was dry, and what we got for a response... Good food, authentic, with actual fresh spring rolls, genuine beef broths, french bread and never too crowded. Make sure to try their chao long with garlic toasted french bread. This is low key value dining and worth the drive past the airport. The old Vietnamese camp was here originally and now is located out of town.
