Though we visited the SM City Cebu branch, I still can't get enough of the delicious & sumptuous chicken of Sunburst. I really love their crispy & delectable fried chicken serve with coleslaw & rice. Their quality hasn't change a bit and so with their customer service since it still sucks big time! The staff needs continuous customer service training.... More

I remember the very first time that I tried Sunburst fried chicken was when i visited Zamboanga 15 years ago and I instantly fell in love with the crispy and flavorful fried chicken served by the restaurant. Since Sunburst is not available in Manila, I would make it point to dine at the restaurant whenever I visited Cebu or Cagayan... More

We dined at their oldest branch in Cebu which is located at D. Jakosalem St. Upon entering, the dark and gloomy atmosphere of the place immediately hit you. The decor seems to be the same 20 years ago. However the food specially its fried chicken, chicken skin and fried gizzard/ liver never fail to satisfy our craving for what we... More

If you'd like to have a nice conversation with family and friends, this is not the place. The noise level was too deafening, or maybe we happen to go at a time when there was a festival going on. Food was ok, otherwise, not too fancy, just fast food.

We entered the restaurant. Ordered the bestseller and waited for 20 min nothing came. Not even an excuse of someone. When we saw the cockroach on our table walking we decided to leave that place. Management is horrible. Staff are not paying attention at all. Seats are ripped and dirty. Tables and all the facilities look very run down and... More

I, self proclaimed "chicken lover". After tiring climb from Busay, we went here for dinner. The location is pretty accessible, it is just along the highway. I like the ambiance and color of the restaurant. They indeed have big servings. But the food for me is just an average. We ordered their classic fried chicken, but we have to wait... More

We went here after watching a movie at Ayala. The staffs were polite to let us eat in peace even though they were almost closed. I must say, their chicken is REALLY GOOD! My suggestion, pair it with their chocolate milkshake. ;)

The chicken was good but nothing special. We waited for more than 30 minutes just for a fried chicken. The camaron came out no longer crispy. The service was too slow considering that there were only few customers in the restaurant that time.

The fried chicken has always been consistently good! Try the soup with thick noodles which rare to find, is very soothing, it just reminds me of our home cooking in Manila.
