This was my 1st visit to table 65 in Resort World Sentosa Singapore, highly anticipated and excited as it is a Michelin-starred restaurant. If you’re wondering, what does Table65 represents? It is named “65”, representing Singapore’s country code. The relaxed ambience of the cocktail lounge is popular...with guests, as an expensive restaurant has soft lighting and peaceful music, it has a pleasant, soothing ambience. Unpretentious, minimally decorated. Serving high quality European fare with visually exciting menu and what's more is the gastronomical aspect of this dinner exceed its visual theatrics. The highlight of the menu for me is the highly rated duck from local producers Toh Thye San. The meat comes glazed with 0range and cumin, and is served with sauce rouennaise (a rich, liver-fortified sauce that’s usually served with duck a la presse), not forgetting the scattering of fermented blueberries and shavings of frozen Mexican mole. Simply yums ! 😋 The Apple dessert is so exquisitely done ! Salted caramel , puff pastry and walnut is a match made in heaven. The apple's 'core' was made up of delicious, intense apple sorbet with chocolate bits as the seeds. Base would be the puff pastry with green apple in the middle. While the "glass" provided the best visual appeal Coupled with an open kitchen dining with the fabulous head chef Dayal & jurgis plus awesome hospitality services by Anson and Raymond, this is definitely the place to go if you are up for an adventurous culinary journey or birthday gatherings 😃👍🏼 P.S (My Happy Birthday celebration comes early for me) Cheers 😁More

Thankfully I saw the reviews from TripAdvisor, and made a reservation for my friend's birthday. The dinner did not disappoint! The amuse-bouche started off normal, but as we proceeded, the food became better and better. With the chefs and waiters explaining the ingredients and techniques,...it was definitely an eye opening experience. They also made my friend' dinner a special one. It's definitely a great experience. I would recommend this place for special occasions. Special thanks to the chefs, as well as Raymond & Anson for your attention. Though I have to say that we had some trouble trying to find out where the place was located. I suggest that you do some homework to find out where the place is before your meal.More

There really are no words. I’ve eaten at a lot of high end restaurants, including many with Michelin stars, but this has to be one of the most amazing dining experiences ever. Both the kitchen and the front of house are nothing short of exceptional....The entire thing is an experience from start to finish and unlike anything else I have ever been to. It feels as though they are cooking just for you. They have master making formal fine dining, relaxed and comfortable. A massive thank you to everyone who made it so special. Kevin and the entire team, you all made us feel so welcome. This really is a unique culinary experience, with out of this world cookery. Unfortunately, living in the U.K, it’s not somewhere I can dine regularly, but I will be sure to get to 212 in Amsterdam at some point and, who knows, possibly back here as well one day.More

The minute you sit looking into the open kitchen & see half a dozen chefs, meticulously arranging plates moving ingredients half a center to make sure the presentation pays homage to what your about to enjoy. The first offering is a long, thin sourdough baguette...presented with a nob of butter nestled under a glass dome of smoke! Then the event begins. A degustation delight as dish after dish is presented, explained & then savored. From the Foie gras kombu-jime with seaweed broth, to the Monkfish, sauerkraut, vin Jeane with smoked eel and winter truffle to BBQ Duck andA4 Kagoshima Wagyu striploin, Oscietra caviar, mushroom, oyster leaf and oxtail jus that so tender you can cut it with a piece of spaghetti! And finally Apple, salted caramel, puff pastry and walnut tartan sitting under a gossamer thin dome of toffee. Stunning & Amazing doesn't begin to describe the experience. No wonder they have a have Michelin Star.More

Fantastic evening !!! We arrived and were welcomed by the restaurant Manager , very friendly and welcoming, constantly checking if there was anything we needed :) We enjoyed a glass of champagne and were seated. The place is amazing! Best part is that you are...in front of the preparation table, so you can see how the chef and team are preparing and decorating the dishes. The Food was delicious; every single dish was a new flavor. My favorite was the sea urchin bisque (I love the taste of sea) and the lobster with tandoori sauce and mango, great combination of ingredients . It is hard to describe the different flavors but is just an incredible culinary experience. The kitchen team is super nice, always explaining you each dish. Desserts are not the exception, we tried both and hard to chose the best as they were both very delicious: the apple salted caramel and the chocolate ballon (which comes with a small show :)). We didn’t do the wine pairing but went for a bottle of Riesling which was a great recommendation from the Sommelier. Great atmosphere, service and delicious tasting menu ! You walk out with a smile :) fully recommend ! Thanks to the Manager, Chef, kitchen staff, the full team for the excellent evening ! We will come back !More

The food is outstanding - not one dish I didnt think was exceptional and delicious. Strongly recommend and better than peers on the main island.

This is a very impressive restaurant. The food is modern European and you get a different menu periodically. We have the set menu which is really good. Will come again. Chef Dayal is a innovative person. I like the chicken very much.
