Definetly the best vegetarian burger i’we ever tasted. Besides the tasty food, I kindly recommend this place also because of the fast and welcoming service ⭐️

We dropped by for afternoon tea. The wait was 30 minutes, and we were seated by a polite waitress who manned the front counter. Initially, we had wanted to order nachos, but when we saw the price, our eyeballs nearly fell out of our sockets....SGD31.95 for single-serving loaded nachos is ridiculous, no matter how big the portions. Chili's used to give free flow loaded nachos at lower prices, and now that it is gone, I guess Hard Rock took the opportunity to maximise profits at the expense of consumer satisfaction. The other waitresses were quite unfriendly and rather lost, though the Buffalo Wings we eventually ordered as a snack was good. The Electric Blue cocktail could do with greater punchiness in terms of alcohol, and more "Blue" from the Blue Curacao inside would be nicer as it came rather pale. Overall, the atmosphere and the friendly waitress at the counter was what made the experience more enjoyable. In future, I would probably give this a miss.More

For an American brand they really don't get service too. I ordered nachos for a starter and a Beyond burger (even though their Singapore website says they do the superior Impossible one, they don't...) for a main. They delivered both at the same time. Why?...When i started arguing as to why was this the case they looked at me as if to say everyone has all their starters and mains at the same time here, what's wrong with you! I felt like saying where's my dessert, throw that onto my table as well and be done! Some common sense? Not only were the nachos large but they took over the table so not only would I not want to eat nachos and a burger/chips at the same time, (they're called starters and mains for a reason, served at different times) but the burger had no room to even go on my table as my kids meals/drinks were taking up the rest of the space. Now any good restaurant would start the main again but they didn't, they just microwaved it and delivered it 20 minutes later as the chips were then hard and the burger cheese wrap was also hard. At this point I couldn't be bothered to argue. My kids didn't eat their mac and cheese and again no server/waitress/waiter asked why or offered something else. The servers also didn't know what larger's they had on draught and what they had on bottle. Simple stuff. Why not? Could be that no one else in the room appeared to be drinking which given the prices I wouldn't be surprised. Every dish was very expensive and juts not worth it. The Impossible Burger at Mos Burger was better than this Beyond one and it cost 10x less. The Impossible one at BK was better than this and it cost 10x less. Why and how does the Hard Rock Cafe still exist? It's a shadow of the brand it's supposed to be and yet still charging amazing prices for substandard food with zero atmosphere. It's also misnamed, the Hard Rock Cafe has never played any actual hard rock! Nor do they feature any hard rock in their memorabilia. There is no Metallica, Marilyn Manson, Slipknot here. There is plenty of tacky 70's and 80's bands' memorabilia which I used to find interesting when I visited in the 90's and 00's but now just find old hat and cliched. When I visited it even played Coldplay which is the antithesis of hard rock, that is the ultimate in dreary pop and elevator muzak. Their offering hasn't changed, their drinks prices are astronomical and the atmosphere is something that you walked into from a Netflix go back in time drama like Life on Mars or Ashes to Ashes. No one was buying the mis-named t-shirts when I was there and my kids didn't even like the meals so apart from appealing to parents who don't know any better or the curious like me what is their attraction?More

Good food, excellent service. Can’t get better than that. With COVID restrictions in force, our family of 6 who live in the same household, were required to sit at 2 tables. Bad enough experience as it was, the silver lining came in the form of...great service. We ordered nachos for starters and without even so much as a request from us, the waiters split the order into 2 portions (and looking at the shared portions, it looked like 2 orders). Thank you Hard Rock for your generosity. And if you thought Tony Roma’s served the best ribs, think again. The baby backs, slip sliding off the bones, won hands down!! Superb! The kids enjoyed the burgers, all around. Great American food. Will definitely return. Keep it up, HRC Sentosa!!More

On a day's visit to Sentosa, we had lunch at Hard Rock Cafe in the Forum. Although there were few visitors at the Forum on account of Covid-19, Hard Rock Cafe enjoyed a good patronage when we arrived for lunch. The air-conditioned dining interiors provided...a pleasant respite from the outdoor heat. Tables were well spaced out. Cutlery and paper napkins were provided in a sealed plastic bag. Staff offered hand sanitisers before our meal while advising us to keep our masks on when we are not drinking or eating. Good compliance. We ordered the Original Legendary Steak Burger and BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger. Both were tasty and delicious even though our order of medium-well done of the Legendary burger turned out still pink inside. Although the staff offered to re-grill the patty, we declined. Both burgers were served with thick-cut chips. It was a hearty meal. Despite the drop in visitors to Sentosa because of Covid-19, it was encouraging to note that the food quality at Hard Rock Cafe remained high. There is an ongoing cross-marketing promotion at the Sentosa outlet where customers can enjoy a discount when dining at the restaurant in Cuscaden Road.More

I have been a long term contractor at Resorts World for more than 5 years and I often go to the Hard Rock Cafe for lunch. It has become my "local" and like "Cheers" it's the place where everyone knows my name. The staff are...very friendly and competent and the food always great. I was at home in South Africa for the last 5 months during the lockdown period and have just returned. It really was fantastic to be back and to be welcomed with great enthusiasm by everyone including the CEO Mark. Lovely to be back and great to see business starting to get back to normal.
