We went there for Valentine’s Day and were not disappointed. The dining tables were decorated with rose petals to add the special effect. Though the restaurant was full due to the occasion, the staff was extremely efficient in serving as well as being attentive.
The beers were excellent. Not surprising as they have their own microbrewery. A must visit for any beer lover. We had their Paulaner Salvatore and lager. They have 1:1 deal on beer.
In food, the grilled red snapper with clams was delish. The Bavarian roast pork was one of the best I have tasted. The crackling was crispy as expected and the texture of meat itself was amazing. I will return for this dish itself.
Only the beef ghoulash was underwhelming. Under salted and the shin shank was a tad bit chewy.
Overall an excellent experience.

Had great time with my family dining in Paulaner Brauhaus. The ambience is good for family bonding. Dennis is very patience and advised us to order the signature platter which we can try everything. We also love the Pretzel, beers and desserts. No regrets with the recommendations. Thumbs up Dennis!

Ordered 3 mains for 2 pax as we were having a late lunch at almost 2pm. The food took quite awhile to be served to us even though the place was quite empty.
Service staff refused to refill one of our free flow drink at 3.01pm as he said the last refill was at 3pm. I requested him to check with his superior and the answer was a flat NO!
My dining partner only had one drink & frankly with a glass filled with ice, how much can the soft drink be refilled. Considering it has only past 1 minute of the cut off time, must the restaurant be so stringent & inflexible? Also, since the glass was already emptied before the time was up, why did the server staff not making an effort to check with the customer if he wanted a refill since the restaurant was not even crowded. With the extra mains that we ordered, it would not have cost much of their profits to fill up the half glass of soft drink? Inflexible & definitely discouraged me from returning to this restaurant. I often give compliments to good service, but this visit is definitely not one of them.

Service was abrupt, bordering on brusque. Sticky table. We ordered draft pilsner beers, Schnitzel was flat and flavourless. The same was the chips and the potato cucumber salad. It seems that it was purchased from the local supermarket rather than cooked fresh. Filthy toilets. Utterly disappointed after visiting numerous Bavarian restaurants in Germany. Felt very much like a tourist trap.

Went with 3 frens to this Paulaner Bräuhaus level 1 beer garden (@9 Raffles Boulevard) yesterday eve.
We ordered 3 mains from their 'Oktoberfest specials menu' to share amid rounds of beers. Most unbelievable/disappointing thing was their 'truffle mushroom pizza' werent even properly baked thoroughly... not once but 2 're-do' attempts by the kitchen...instead of thin crispy crust, the pizza(s) were rather thick crust and tasted doughy on the itself :-(((
1 particular waiter named Jason (wearing black top and with black gloves on) stood out with his customer service as compared with the rest of his co-workers. Jason served customers promptly whereas with the rest of the staffs we gotta 'follow-up' now and then...
A place to soak in the atmosphere over beers, this place is a YES.
But a place for food, go elsewhere.
We were there 6pm-ish till around 10pm and felt our SGD250 could have been better spent...LOL

Very bad smell coming in. Then they served warm Coke Zero out of a large bottle expecting the ice to cool it. My friend had Fanta and was the same. Burger was tasteless. After putting in the order, 2 min after my friend said if he could have fries rather than sweet potato fries and waiter said too late as she already put the order through. No effort at all. Avoid!

Firstly there is no menu. You have to scan a QR code (security risk) to get it on your phone, then page through all the seasonal menus to find the real menu. It would be so much better just to have a physical menu.
The beer is quite good though - - Paulaner which is streets ahead of the (Heineken owned) Erdinger that most places here have as their German offering.
Most disappointing was the food though. My son and I had schnitzel and it was dry and tasteless - we lived in Germany for 5 years, so we know what good schnitzel should be like.
Brotzeit is much better quality, but unfortunately also overcharges for soft drinks ($7++).
This paulaner brauhaus place is nothing special. Only the beer is decent.

Great food and great ambience. As I don't eat pork. I am lost of what to order but was glad that we were served by Dennis who has great knowledge of the food and recommended some dishes to us. I love the Spicy chicken sausage... dessert platter and of course not missing out the beer to end our delicious dinner. Highly recommended.. Will be back soon!

The Lager beer was outstanding, perfectly fresh and crisp, making it a top choice for beer lovers. The food exceeded expectations, with each dish delivering on flavor and quality. Their pizza, in particular, is a must-try—freshly made with a perfect balance of toppings and a crispy crust that stands out. The service was equally impressive, thanks to Brad, the attendant, whose energy and enthusiasm created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Dining at Singapore’s Paulaner was an exceptional experience. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, perfect for both casual and formal dining. The menu offered a delightful array of Bavarian dishes, all prepared to perfection. Each bite was a culinary delight, especially the pork knuckle, which was tender and flavorful. Our dining experience was elevated by our server, Bee, whose attentive and friendly service made us feel truly welcome. Bee's recommendations were spot on, and her cheerful demeanor added a personal touch to our meal. Paulaner is a must-visit for anyone seeking excellent food and outstanding service in Singapore.

Popped in for some drinks and bites with work colleagues; food was so-so (flatbread was quite dry and the much lauded pork knuckle seemed average in taste to us). Beers were great, and we were pleased with the 1-for-1 but had hoped for some special seasonal beers. QR code menus was a disaster to navigate, and the beers we wanted were not available yet still listed. Thankfully the staff served the day - cheers to the young short-haired girl who served us initially (didn't catch the name), and also the senior staff Lesh who was prompt in helping us take our orders and also explaining the different promos. We wouldn't have known about the 1-for-1 without him telling us. Will definitely come back to check out the second floor seating and also the lunch specials, as well as the much promised new seasonal beer.

Last night, my wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Paulaner Singapore and it was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we stepped in, the warm ambience and the aroma of authentic Bavarian cuisine set the stage for a wonderful experience. The service was impeccable with staff that were not only attentive but also exuded a friendly charm that made us feel right at home. We savored their scrumptious pretzels, perfectly paired with a refreshing selection of their signature brews. The highlight of our meal was the crispy pork knuckle – it had the most satisfying crunch and succulent meat that simply melted in our mouths. The live band added to the vibrant atmosphere, making our evening truly memorable. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the team at Paulaner Singapore for a fantastic dining experience. Hi, decided to eat here and have a couple of drinks. The Lager and Aperol Spritz came and all was good. The menu is by QR code but the waiter gave us his tablet to look at the menu. We ordered starters and main, the starters were fine goulash soup and chicken wings, the main courses arrived sirloin steak and goulash. The goulash was three round pieces of meat, but there was so much fat in them that I had to cut off, so there was hardly any meat, the noodles were like rubber and the crispy onions were chewy. My husbands steak was over cooked and chewy. The potatoes were full of grease. We have been away for over 6 weeks in 5 different countries and this was by far the worst food of our trip.
