Love the value omakase but getting old and cannot eat much so opt for ala carte instead. RSVP is a must to avoid disappointment.

A lovely omakase meal that was really filling with many amazing dishes! Environment was very cosy and very nice to see the dishes prepared in front of us. Chef and his assistant were very friendly and always stopped to chat. Free flow of white wine...to pair with the dishes was very nice! Highlights were the oysters, crab cake scallop, otoro sushi, uni rice and Kagoshima beef, actually very hard to choose Cos all were good. Definitely a hidden gem among orchard road that we took a while to find but so worth it! Thumbs upMore

Thanks to the chef and the wonderful stuff for a highly entertaining evening with great food and lots of drinks! Hole in the wall place and not every dish may be your taste, but the atmosphere and authencity are unique! Byob possible. Around 30 dollars...corkage fee.More

It was a random birthday celebration for myself and mike at this place. The restaurant looks very run down with poor maintenance, with a price tag of Omakase at $70 is highly doubted. When we tried the first dish, it was a mind blown with...burrata cheese with iberiko ham. The cheese compliment so well with the ham and immediately bring this dinner experience to a whole new level. With good service by the staff and chef, every dish keeps getting better than the previous and we just want the serving to keep going! The chef was so attentive to make sure we get the right food (Muslim doesn’t get pork, Buddhist doesn’t get beef etc) and the service was attention to detail! Overall we enjoyed the omakase experience and it was my first for so many things (first uni, first omakase) and we are constantly surprised with the food. I’ll definitely recommend my friends to this shop for this great experience.More

This place came highly recommended by 2 colleagues, certainly didn't disappoint! For $70/pax, the omakase dinner was amazing value! Even after devouring food meant for 3, we still had some to take away. Echo a previous review that the food is a tad salty, but...no after-effects of excessive MSG. Seating is typical of the Japanese "hole in the wall" experience. Cramped, small tables, high stools. Ask for a table by the main door for better ventilation. Service was swift and attentive. Will be back!More

I've heard about Bistro Le Pin from many but have never tried it myself. I was apprehensive when I read "fusion" as it usually meant that food is not good. However Bistro Le Pin delivered. Every dish showed that the chef had a superb understanding...of his ingredients and in depth culinary skills. The meal was good, on top of it, very generous in the amount of ingredients used. Delicious and sincere food served. Amazing.More

This place has 12 seats and it feels like you have a private chef. The 9 course menu is great and surprising. The waitress/manager is very friendly and helpful. Will defenitly come back!!

Fantastic ambience. Food was fresh and staff was very attentive. But this is a small establishment, so please make reservations way in advance. But one shortfall during my visit was the food was a little too salty for my preference and the spaghetti with Uni...was a little too coarse, if angel hair pasta was used. It would have make it a mind blowing experience.More

For those whom can close 2 eyes watching how the chef cook and go for no skill in cooking n quantity of food. Although dinner omakase is at abt $80/pax..not expecting any expensive ingredients but at least freshly prep dishes imo.. But seems most sauces...etc are from pre pack. I think is too over rated. Definitely my 1st and last visit. I think there are better place to spend my $80/pax restaurant.More

Really loved the experience here. This hole in the wall serves up a really personal yet premium experience. The ingredients were super fresh and amazing, and the sake recommendation was great too for the price. Would totally go back.
