Indoor Air-Conditioned area not functioning properly. Staff acknowledged and explained that serviceman will rectify problem. It was absolutely uncomfortable throughout the meal, a disastrous dining experience, the worst ever experience in my over decade old Jumbo membership. The least one could expect is Jumbo should...notify customers of the faulty air conditioning before seating the customers or at least at the point of seating the customers. Very dissapointing especially when its happening to a reputable restaurant and nested in our pride Dempsy area.More

Reserved a table for 3 for a reunion dinner with my Australian friends whom I have not seen for many years. The reservation went well and we were happily seated. Jumbo was also able to help add a chair when a 4th friend decided to...join in at the last min. Food was great as usual! Only one small hiccup - the restaurant needed us to vacate the table at 8pm (we booked for 6.30pm). It was a bit unexpected that we had a time limit of about 1 hour to eat (after accounting for ordering and cooking time). So it was a bit rush. It would be nice if such a condition could be made known at the point of reservation.More

Dinner was okay. Reservation was at 7.45pm. As we were early to arrive, the waitress say it is okay to be seated early if we do not mind sitting at the outdoor tables and we took her offer, which made us happy.

We checked our card transactions and we were charged for our bill and an additional $400 was charged incorrectly!!! We tried to contact the restaurant numerous times throughout the day after but no response. Our bank has contacted the restaurant but they have not provided...an answer!! Be careful, check your transactions.More

When cause I came to other Jumbo in the past. Late service, not too much choice almost finished the food at 8 pm, late beer service, never again

Ordered the $228 set menu for 2 pax. Chilli Crab was a disappointment and lobster has no “sweet” taste

On a Thursday night with reservation, waited more than half hour for food upon ordering. However food was not hot upon serving. We had a table near the wall, and ants on the table. We had a changed of table.

The black pepper crab and chili crab were meaty and tasty. The boiled live prawns were cooked just right as usual. However the Seafood horfun was a disappointment. Normally very tasty but not at all this time. Moreover rather pricy at $33++ for medium portion....Another feedback: it is bad that management could not ensure enough seafood for lunch time customers: often short of crabs, sometimes even without live prawns.More

We reserved a table. Initially allocation was near the entrance as we asked for easy assessibility. Then they were very kind to obliged us when we asked to switch to a table near the windows. It was a good lunch with my 92 year old...dad.More

Food was good and all of us were satisfied, but almost all of their food tasted a bit sweet in general. We were celebrating our Mom’s anniversary and we came with 6 adults & 1 child. We wanna order a lot of dishes with L...size, but he mentioned that M size will be enough for the 6 of us. Thanks to him for that as we couldn’t even finish our meal and had to takeaway some of them. Service was very helpful but it would be great if they can give their smile & serve the guests with their heart as I am also from a hospitality industry. Understood they’re busy, but would be much better if they can be happier to do their job. Will come back again!More

We were there for birthday celebration. The foods and service were great, the staffs were also very attentive.

Easily have one of the best chili crab in SG. But the price may not allow me to go on a weekly basis. Which is fine, I am saving this place for special occasions only.
