Have not visited this eatery after a very long time and decided to pop by on a Friday night. We ordered soya bean drink, bean curd, pork ribs, glutinous rice with chicken, xiao long bao, pancake with spring onion with egg. Forgot an order and...further picked up tea egg. The soya bean drink has become diluted with little soya bean taste. This is especially for the cold ones. Do not order the steamed xiao long bao - these should be taken off the menu permanently. The pancake and pork ribs are decent, although the former was drenched in oil. You tiao is decent. Do visit only if you really have to and only if you are in the neighbourhood. Standard has definitely dropped.More

Was nearby and decided to try this in the morning. Parking is convenient around. The coffeeshop is cordoned off and only 1 entrance and a exit point. You are to donyour scan in and temperature check at the entrance. Varieties of food posted on the...wall and on the table. Orderd : Soya bean drink - tasted blend and diluted. You tiao - not fresh.. Thick. Oily and not crispy.More

I had good memories of this place but was disappointed during my most recent visit. The scallion pancake and you-tiao were not served hot. Auntie there insisted that it was just cooked. One can get better you-tiao these days at most morning markets.

Came here for lunch this afternoon. I used to visit many years back for late night eats, so since I was in the vicinity today, I just popped by for lunch. It was disappointing as the 葱油饼 looked as though it just came out from...a pot of oil. The carrot cake wasn’t fantastic. The you tiao was a bit hard. The Mee Sua looked like swimming in muddy water (as in the pictures shown by other reviewers) but that’s probably the only dish I ate most of it. My comments is just a personal thing. After I learnt to cook, I became more conscious of what I eat. And moreover, there are more small eateries / stalls selling Taiwanese Mee Sua which looked a lot more appetising.More

Toasted Bun Meat Floss Egg is hard and cold. Service is bad and rude. Saw other patrons complaining about cold food too. Avoid at all cost. Waste $$.

I love the food there as it's cheap and good to taste, especially the cold noodles, soybean pudding. Staffs at there were kind and friendly as well. Recommend restaurant when you want a cheap and nice food while walking around Geylang area.

It is not easy to find a restaurant that serves authentic Taiwanese Cuisine. We were so glad we found this place! Must try the sweet or salty Soya bean curd, the minced pork rice and oyster egg!

We are there mainly for something sweet. Only the sweet Dou Hua meets our expectation. Also ordered their Siao Bing with meat floss and egg. Is dry and hard to chew. Does not taste freshly made at all, very instant. Lastly, the sweet Dou Sha...Bao. The iutside is hot but the filings is cold. We had to request for a 2nd a steaming! No special reason to be just there for dessert.More

Many people has told me that yong he is no longer good and tasty. Somehow today I was around the area and dropped by to have a good glass of soya bean milk and the soy bean curd. Generally I felt that they are still...ok, the usual taste and texture. The you tiao though a bit pricey at $1.40 per piece, it looked bigger.More

蛋餅 was cold and tasted awful, 蔥油餅 was warm but oily. You tiao (fried dough) was ok but not consistent. Mee sua so-so, I specially asked for plain mee sua but still came with the intestines - it wasn’t full house when I was there....Overall a good place to rest your feet and have a cup of soya bean under the humid weather.More
