We had dinner with our kids (one in a high chair) on the occasion of my wife’s birthday. The service was exemplary with Wei Jie going above and beyond to make us comfortable, advice on the food and walk us through the right way to...enjoy a true hotpot!! Clearly the staff are very well trained. The food was excellent in both quality and taste. Recommend the chicken soup and spicy soup with any chosen assortment of meats and veggies. A truly remarkable and memorable evening!!More

A really fun experience where you get to choose your own bases, what you cook in them and even make your own sauce! We chose mushroom and szechuan Soup bases both of which were good. The Szechuan is spicy and tingly but you can choose...your heat level. There are lots of choices from protein to veggies and noodles to cook in them. A noodle maker will come to your table and stretch and twirl your noodles before putting them in your base of choice. Service is fantastic and the place is spotless.More

Great place for celebration. Great atmosphere and service. Be prepared to wait for quite a while as there are many people at any point of time queueing for the foods. Like that you can actually mixed ingredients to create your own sauces.

I was lucky enough to have a seat since I didn't have to wait for que (pro of solo eating) You can select variety of soup up to 4 different soups, keep in mind that each soup costs differenly. I would suggest the chicken soup...and sichuan spicy soup. Service is amazing which the staff are really taking care of you. Each main set is for large serving, so please be careful to order cause you might end up too full to complete your meal. (the main dish is a la carte, not buffet !) Fruit, seasonal source and tofu pudding are all-you-eat. Their food is fresh and good quality, so enjoy.More

I really loved the food and service. With a happy stomach after I walked out and took one strawberry ice cream away. Then after I had a few bites of the ice cream, I found a black bug inside...

Food was standard, but the service could get Abit annoying at times after we said we know what to do. Told me got ice cream, but came back and brought back popcorn as an apology.

Even after getting a public listing, the group of restaurants were able to maintain the same old standard that it is well known for. The food quality is too-notch, service is impeccable. We ordered the mala, San sian and the tomato broth. All three broth...was fantastic. Do take note that the prices are not cheap and the queue can get pretty long.More

It’s always a pleasant experience at H D L. Service is good. The waiting time is probably the only complaint. They serve you snacks, you can play games, do manicure and kids have a playground. Food: not the best. But the experience of dining there...beats everything else.More
