really epic service, I'm vegetarian and Bo Le who ran the noodle section went and got me a vegetarian broth from the chef and made me a special vegetarian noodle soup which was outstanding! Great initiative and great customer focus.
Darren on the roasts section also made sure that my tofu stew was totally vegetarian too. Thank you both, you made my night!
The indian section was outstanding, I've never had cabbage masala but it was outstanding!
The pizza section however was bad and there was no pasta options which would be good for vegetarians.
And they now do a freeflow champagne, cocktials, wines and beers for only $70 per person which given bottles of champagne are $158 and cocktails $20 is a bargain!
excellent service but please do more vegetarian options!

Mattan catherine and Darren are very thoughtful and very friendly. Despite the choice of food may have reduce. However,the point of contact and services has increase alot.. the serving has also more thoughtful. Overall the food is freshly cook,hot and delicious. For the price of $88 ++ for a dinner is still worth it,taking on the consideration of the service and food you get

We went for the weekend a-la-carte buffet and were impressed by the safety measures and service provided by the JW Marriott staff. Pass on my special shout out to Thanaraj who was attentive and made sure we were promptly served. The beetroot jelly salad, truffle pizza, chilli crab , mango mousse were all well presented. The Eggs benedict brought out by the chef was the only sign of "chef-on show" concept though, which was good but I felt there should have been more such chefs coming out with their creations. The cheese cart with fresh honey was also good.

One of the worst ala carte buffet experiences I’ve had. Extremely slow service and many times our food never came. We ordered many times and still barely received any food at all. Our very first order only came around 30min after we ordered, and it was only a part of the order. The staff was also unable to give any update regarding the food preparation, often repeating the same words like “the food is being prepared”, “we will check for you” etc. Knowing that there is a time limit that will expire at 2pm for lunch, this really is completely unacceptable as we still paid the full buffet price but we barely even ate enough to be full. It could even be seen as a complete scam.

Would not recommend Beach Road Kitchen during a time when normal buffets are not a thing. It took ages for food to be served so you end up having nothing on the table in between. Variety was honestly pathetic and one of the most pitiful I have encountered, and quality extremely mediocre.
Service was average, you could tell servers were trying their best and rushing around but they did tend to forget orders. Nothing terrible to gripe about but nothing to shout about either.
Disappointed in the overall experience as we have been here before and enjoyed it. Definitely not worth the price.

Went for Sunday champagne lunch brunch and was truly satisfied with the food served. Food was served quickly and worth every penny, especially the grilled lobsters. Kudos to Kelvin for his warm service! Will definitely come back again to this restaurant..

Went there for the festive menu - lacked taste, food was substandard and if one in your party is vegetarian, then be ready to starve....only 2 dishes available on a menu which costs around $100.
The local dishes lacked authentic taste and quality, though I must admit the desserts were the saving grace.
While the staff were courteous, either they were severely short-staffed or over-worked....we had two dishes served on our table which belonged to another table, cutlery was often forgotten to be replaced when plates were changed, coffee arrived without accompanying suger [white or brown].
Overall, this restaurant falls in the HIGHLY AVOID category !!!

Great dining experience with friendly service. The big portion of the dishes served exceeded the value of money. As we are quite small appetite people, we feel bad of unable to finish the dishes completely. The food served were a bit lukewarm but overall the diversity of the food spread was very thoughtful. Personally l like the chilli crab the most and wish the pizza was served in thin crust as preference. As for dessert, I had higher expectation so I was quite disappointed with soft serve with cereals. Maybe have a choice of cake.

As the title says, the service is great and so is the food. Although the price of the buffet can set you back some, the quality of the food and service makes up for the hole in your wallet. The Snow crab and Iberico pork are to die for, and they serve tea from TWG.
If you are considering coming during the COVID-19 period, the service is equivalent to fine dining. My servers Kendy, Olivia and Gana were very friendly and prompt in their service.
We would definitely come back again, and I hope those considering to not wait or regret forever.

JW Marriott is one of the top buffet restaurant in Singapore, what I can comment is, Awesome service, Excellent foods and Perfect dining environment !
Hereby specially mentioning: Kenny, Ryan, Erin and Chef Gana for patiently serving us when we are first to this awesome brunch Buffett!
If you are looking for the best buffet and craving with Seafoods and special meals you are advised to visit this place. People here are warm and you feel the double premium of what you are paying for.

I already read reviews that it will take a while for the ordered food to arrive but what happened to us was worse- many of our ordered food did not arrive. Perhaps there customers were too many for the number of waiters. Most of our time was spent waiting.we were not able to try most of the food that we planned to eat. We followed it up but still nadah.
Hope they can improve this as the price is not fast food or hawker food cheap.

I find the beach road kitchen worthy of mention and review. My small family, husband and myself enjoyed dining at this comfortable and cozy restaurant. Perhaps due to Covid-19, there is social distancing between tables, we feel that there is nice spacing between all restaurant patrons. Our order is placed with our waiter/waitress and served to us as we are reminded not to walk around the food areas for hygiene purpose. Unlike self service at buffet stations, every dish is perfectly plated & look too beautiful to eat (instagram worthy). We tried almost 95% of the menu and naturally, we had so many favorites; sirloin steak, beef slider, pulled pork, chilli crab with mantou, lobster laksa, black pepper prawns and seafood platter (would have been better if prawns were peeled haha lazy lazy). We also had a good time being served by staff with the difficult and highly-valued combination of respectful, funny, and helpful. When asked to change my cups of hot water several times (I was accident-prone that day), Ryan obliged empathetically. Catherine who was so observant, kept ensuring we had enough food and tasted everything on the menu, remembering and then recommending to us the items we didn’t order. Gana did a great job, too, being present and zesting things up with his spontaneous personality. We were asked several times about our experience. Good value personalized buffet restaurant if you’re a buffet person.

1st time to this establishment. Recommended by relatives. Had a 3 hr lunch with family and relatives. The buffet tables were positioned in different parts of the restaurant. Huge variety of food; everything tasted superb. Enjoyed the king crab, baked oysters and local desserts.
The live band had a good repetoire of songs and the music was piped into different parts of the restaurant. The volume was tweaked just right, so we could hold a conversation without having to raise our voices.
We liked the ballon artists who entertained the kids. He spent about 15 min at our table, putting together a balloon-mermaid :)
The staff were attentive and asked us for feedback on our dining experience and advised how we could qualify for dining discounts.

JW Marriot Beach Road Kitchen has left the best impressive memory of dining in. Excellent ambience with cozy atmosphere!
Not to mention about the delicious dishes with beautiful presentation and unique selections of desserts.
The service was amazing, the servers are professional, extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.
Alan have recommended a chicken breast dish and the meat was soft, juicy and a complexity of taste that I can’t explain. Thanks Alan .
Not forgetting other dishes that recommended by Ali , the seafood platter ,Chili crabs and Asian Noodles. Ali was very attentive and pleasant . Keep it up!
On top of that , dining during Covid period can be challenging for all us ,but I must say that we enjoyed every single bite of freshly charcoal grilled meat which was done at Live Station. While dining in , we were only able to think about food and enjoy the meal in a chill and cool environment. The Chef have grilled the meat to a perfect texture which was juicy ,tender and amazingly delicious.
Apart from that , I must also mention about Gana , he portrays a professional gesture at all times , patiently explains about each and every requested food and served us with passion. Great work Gana !
The prize is also reasonable and we had a great deal for Credit Card.
I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Brought my family and grandmother to a wonderful spread of international cuisine for dinner at beach road kitchen. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Mathan, handsome gentleman, had a big smile on his face and he brought us to our table. Immediately, I knew, this is going to be a worth it dinner. First impression already a perfect 10/10. Hostess and service crews were all super duper friendly, all the chef looking smart with a big smile on their face. Food was super delicious, I would even say TOP NOTCH food! Super great! Definitely would recommend beach road kitchen for everyone to dine in at. Kudos to everyone working in Beach Road Kitchen on a Friday night, because of you guys, my family and I got to enjoy such a sumptuous dinner. EXCELLENT JOB!
