If you want to really eat seafood, I will suggest going over to East Coast Seafood centre instead. The staff doesn't seem motivated.

Perhaps if the management can have this "undercover boss" discovery, you may have better understanding on the issues from customers' perceptive.Supoosed to be a happy birthday occasion but it left all of us a unpleasant memory. Its an overpriced "Fast food" joint whereby customers have...to self-helped everything. Seems to be under staffing situation which caused the crew to display such wpoor service standardMore

Soulless fake friendly staffs and overpriced. Food was mediocre. Service was extremely horrible. We were rushed to gobble up $200plus worth of seafood within one & half hour. Thank God none of us got chocked with lobster shells! Nobody should pay this much money to...be unhappy on their birthdays. First and last patronising.More

The crabs and prawns are fresh but the potatoes are not well cooked, on the hard side. Will be better if COW can supply a heavier hammer instead of the wooden hammer. Not much services rendered, you order and collect your order on your own.

This is my 3rd visit with my family. The food was good. Eating style -- almost all by hands -- is interesting and fun. I would like to suggest that a heavy hammer be supplied instead of the light-weight wooden one

The food is good as expected in the photos. The staff needs to be more friendly and attentive. They seems lost....the ice box is not replaced with ice..etc..

Terrible customer service I called at 430pm to place an order for pick up at 530pm on the same day using a voucher I had purchased. Person taking the call kept repeating herself saying ‘but there are a lot of deliveries and pickups around 530pm...already’ When I asked what that meant, as I was already calling ahead to place an order, and did that mean they weren’t accepting orders, she asked me to hang on for a min while she checked. The line was cut shortly after she ‘left to check’ and there on, it was impossible for me to call in to the number - the phone seem to have been deliberately taken off the hook by said staff. Terrible customer service and really unprofessional. You obviously care nothing about your customers.More

Service and food were awesome. I like how we can chit chat and create bonding over food in Cajun On Wheels.

Hi, the average price per person is about $30, depending on what you order. I had a reservation and think it will be better to make reservation as the tables are very limited
