This is my top place for steamboat , everything is perfect here , the meats , the soup , the service , the ambience. I have been back several times. But you had better make reservations , it can be crowded on week ends. Will...keep going there for steamboatMore

Started badly when receptionist could not find our reservation n then mumbled some excuses after finding it. Put us in the extreme back of the walkway and there were no service staff after the food were served. We had to ask for the masks envelopes...to place our used masks. No one refilled our tea/or or top up the soups or sauces after the first round. The food is nothing outstanding.More

We celebrated my wife’s birthday and were given a private room. The service and quality of food is exceptional. We ordered the pork bone, chicken and spicy ma-lah soup base. There are various set menus and ala carte selection. Soup will be constantly topped up....Very enjoyable meal and recommend return visit !More
Actually came for my favourite imperial treasure Cantonese restaurant, but as it was still undergoing renovation, we thought we’d give steamboat a try. It turned out to be an excellent decision. The restaurant was full when we came, it service remained extremely attentive. The set...menus saved us a lot of time; and portions were sufficient for two hungry men! (We got the $148 set menu). The food was served so quickly that the titbits were unnecessary - next time I go I would reject them. We had the classic pork bone soup - it’s superb; I didn’t feel thirsty after the meal :-). We loved the meat and seafood balls. Perhaps the management could throw in a complimentary dessert for the sets. Won’t cost too much, ya know.More
Came with friends for dinner. Lots of choices with meat, seafood, vegetables, noodles, condiments and broth. Everything was nice and fresh. Restaurant was well decorated, ambience great and not too noisy so we can have great conversation. Our wait person was friendly and most helpful...and her recommendations were spot on. We came here as we could not get a spot at Ion and they rang and got us a spot at Great World City which was only a short taxi ride away. Highly recommended. Suggest you make booking.More
The food is extremely fresh and you get very good value when dining here. Favorite things to order -the mixed balls (8 balls - prawn, squid, pork and dace fish ball), beancurd skin, beef, pork, tang oh, fresh frog's leg (yums!!!), fish - these are...some of my usual orders. Soup base - they have quite a variety and my favorite is the kelp soup, their Sichuan soup is ok- not the best to be honest so if you are looking for something spicy, their Sichuan soup may not live up to your expectations. Restaurant is very well maintained, clean and the service staff are awesome! very professional and patient - they don't really upsell a lot and you can enjoy your food in peace. Special mention to Jane and Sally from the Great World City branch - both are very sincere and excellent service staff! They remember your likes and dislikes - wonderful service and the freshest ingredients that one can get ! Highly recommended for steamboat as a choice and make sure you make reservations - they are always full.More
Food quality is excellent, ambience is great, service is wonderful. Their manager Jayne is an amazing person, attentive and observant. Highly recommended.
Delicious hotpot with fresh raw foods to cook and wonderful condiments; Prompt service in a restaurant that’s very stylish and comfortable! And the prices were surprisingly reasonable. What more can you ask? We especially liked the fresh fish balls, pork balls, kurobuta pork belly, short...rib beef slices and fried beancurd skin which was superb! Don’t overlook it - just singe in the boiling water then eat while still slightly crispy. Highly recommended! But do make a reservation since it’s very popular.More
Recently opened after the renovations ar Great World City. We frequent the branch at ION but you have better luck getting a table here. Also good to avoid the ION traffic on busy weekends. It is the same menu. You choose your soup base and...order whatever you fancy for your steam boat dinner. A tray of circa 15/16 types of sauces, chillies, garlic and other garnishes available for you to create your own sauce for the steam boat meal. We typically have a short rib beef, several seafood items and some vege. Always good. Yum yum.More
The best steamboat I tried in terms of quality. Tried beef, pork and chicken and all taste good. Not a big menu but sufficient varieties from cheaper to expensive items. Attentive friendly service. Quite pricey.More

I can't describe how good my experience here is. All the ingredients for the steamboat, including the dumplings and meat/seafood balls, were fresh. I love that they were generous with the vegetables. But the star has got to be the stock/ soup base- it has...a sweetness that can only come from hours of boiling. Amazing! Service was also superb. The staff helped me concoct a delicious dipping sauce from a variety of sauces and condiments and even helped us peel the cooked prawns! I was truly impressed. Sure it was a bit expensive but for the quality and service, I think it's good value. Love it!More

Situated out of Orchard Road, this outlet is conveniently located in Kim Seng Road. Remember to make an advanced reservation as it would be difficult to get a table should you just walk in. There are both set menus as well as ala carte options....Strongly recommended to get the freshly made meat balls as well as dumplings. Service is excellent as well as the ambience.More

Had dinner at this restaurant and as usual, left happily satisfied. This time, contrary to our practice of only having the chicken soup, we took up the waiting staff's recommendation to have two soup bases - a ginseng black chicken soup and a "Mala" soup....The Mala soup was really well made, and I actually ended up cooking all my food in this soup. Learning from our past experience, we had not over-order and was thus able to really enjoy our food. The beef and pork belly slices were fresh and the prawns were succulent. Certainly, excellent quality ingredients are provided by this restaurant. Waiting staff were prompt and attentive too. All in all, good place for a meal.More
