Today is the 3rd visit to this restaurant within one month. The last two times were not able to redeem the Chope Vouchers were due to holidays on June 2, and "Father's Day" on June 18, which we can accept and understand the rules after...the staff explained that set by Chope and the restaurant. However, when we visited on July 2, the staff insisted that we redeemed the vouchers out front of our order as we explained to her that we are not sure what we will order today, and we are not sure how much we shall redeem? She insisted that took my phone when I shown her the vouchers and she want to redeem all vouchers and I stopped her. And explained we are not sure what food we will order and no idea how much we shall redeem again. She insisted that we need to redeem before we enter into the restaurant, which I felt we being treated like a beggar. We redeemed the minimum voucher of $50. Meanwhile, we would like to share is the portion of the paella we ordered was smaller/lesser than the normal portion which we find it ridiculous of wondering what is the purpose of purchasing the chope voucher with lesser portion of food. For Tapas Club, when you use Chope Vouchers, usually the staff will give you different look and service was bad. We felt we being treated bad at that moment, which we need to ask for water refill where all others customers have a bottle of water on their table. Cravings for tapas satisfied! The gambas didn't disappoint! Had tortilla de patatas and ham croquette were good too! And yes, Sangria! Shoutout to Santos - the wonderful gentleman managing the the outlet in Orchard Central. He's obviously made to be in service industry!

Had cold cut iberico at Orchard branch this Tuesday night. No bread came with it at all. But there was bread sprinkled on cold cut when we had the same dish at Jewel branch previous Sat, just 4 days ago. When asked why no bread,...the young female waitress (looked Chinese by ethnic origin) replied bluntly and firmly with a just 'No'. Then we asked if they could serve some bread, she said '2 pcs $4 ok?'. We agreed basically there's no other options really. We are regular to Tapas Club at different branches. There's always bread with cold cut. And it makes sense, doesn't it? Especially when they charge $34++ for that.More

Loved the tapas meal we had, especially the eggplant chips. Overall the food was good except for the churros which seemed to have been refried. Otherwise a nice cozy restaurant to have a meal with friends.

I was fortunate to be served by Ms Estella. She is a dear - super friendly and very understanding. She tended to my queries and requests patiently and made me feel as if I had known her for ages. The interior was really nice and had the vibes of Spain. The service was not too bad though because of the spaces in seating, one of the waitress ended up spraying sanitizer on me while she was cleaning the next table. The seating can be...rather close to one another. We got the ham croquettes, jalapeno poppers tapas, artichoke and chorizo paella and churros. The croquettes were not too bad but the jalapenos lacked salt which is what that lends a lot of flavour to this dish. The artichoke and chorizo paella was not too bad but the churros were really disappointing. There was no cinnamon sugar on it served with really little chocolate sauce and worst of all, the churros were soaking with oil. Not the deep fried type of oily but the type where the oil soaks through the dough because the oil was not hot. Would not go again- unfortunately.More

I've eaten at Tapas Club several times -- food is consistently good (although portions slightly small) and vibe is warm, casual and fun. Great to bring friends and family, even a date. The service I had from Jenny last night was particularly good. I went...in a large group - 3 tables of 8 pax and Jenny and team tried their best to ensure that we had all the help we needed. Amazing feel with the right Ambient for Spanish Culture Vibe. The food taste is one of the best ( in Spanish food) in Singapore. Must try their Gambas, Iberico Ham Croquettes, Paella 🥘, Seafood Salad and Grilled Fish, and their Sangria is Perfect taste. The...price is very approachable as well. Service is a bit slow due to lack of manpower i could say. Hope they can improve on this. But the 2 Managers is really on the board. They manage to handle all the request from me and especially Jenny very Friendly and attentive... she really make my day here with my friend. Thumps up. Overall Experience is Fantastic with Right Food and Right Vibe just need to improve on manpower as you will only see the 2 Manager running around. It was easy to make a booking via Chope. The set lunch portion was good and delicious; likewise for the drink selection.

Good service and nice wine. Enjoyed the food selection and prompt service. Will visit again next time.

Restaurant was severely understaffed causing long waiting times. Staff did the best they could but there was only so much they could do. Terrible planning

Went there yesterday for lunch, and found the place to be one of the many in Singapore. Had mediterranean salad (good mix of leaves) which I found to be little bland (dont know if thats how it is supposed to be). In main course we...had traditional paella (served with chicken only) which we liked. As we are small eaters, it was enough for us else not sufficient for 2 people. However, the dessert was the best. We ordered flan - caramel custard with whipped cream. Was not too sweet yet the flavours were in abundance. A must try on the menu. Overall, would like to try other places rather than going there again.More
