As they get really crowded on weekends. Tapas portions are slightly bigger than the ones we had in Barcelona, so we were really full with 5 tapas + churros for 2 of us. Recommend garlic prawn, stewed veg, grilled pork and churros. The broth for garlic prawn is so robust, we also used the toast fr stewed veg to soak up the prawn broth. Churros is so crispy, it's nice on its own even without the chocolate dip. There is cinnamon sugar sprinkled over.
As for drinks, we only tried sweet wine which was too sweet for us, so next time we probably just stick to ice water. There is a charge of $0.50/pax for water, in this covid situation where manpower is tight, I think it's OK to charge.
We enjoyed our Sat dinner with a nice corner table by the window. Be back again to try the other tapas items since we can't go back to Spain in the short term!

I had a dinner appt at Tapas Club jewel airport, and was slightly late. The restaurant was very crowded & I had to join the queue. A staff apologise that all tables were taken up and apologise sincerely, even offerring us seats at the bar counter while waiting. She later gave us a free dish to compensate for the waiting time. The food order came promptly despite the crowd, and every dish was delicious. Love their paella esp the squid ink. The grilled squid was also very good and not overcooked. My family really enjoyed the meal.

My family was there for lunch. I was impressed with their service as the staff called me to confirm my online reservation and make me aware of the restaurant closing time and last order timing. Although the ordering for food was via scanning QR code for online order, the service staff was patient and helpful to guide me and even take the order manually for us. Their set lunch is value for money. Will visit again.

Food was good but staff were rude. They should be re-trained in communication skills. One of them removed plates without asking before we were done, placed the bill in front of us without a word and indicated by raising both her eyebrows that we should pay right away. If the need to pay early was communicated to us politely we wouldn’t have minded but the staff made us feel like they just wanted us out ASAP and didn’t even bother opening her mouth. Certainly wasn’t an enjoyable experience for us despite the quality of the food, and I feel sorry for the chefs that their efforts were not represented by an equal standard of service.

The food was horrible. The calamari rings were not crispy and well battered and with the odd garlic mayo on the side was just such a weird combo. Like explain why anyone would think that it is good?? The seafood paella sucked. The squid is the size of a nail, even the rice was bigger than it. The fish tasted bad whatever fish it was does not go well with the dish and they gave us like 3 prawns, especially for the price it was def not worth it. The only decent thing was the cold cuts but it just wasnt as good as i thought it was. They are also severely understaffed which made the service just really off. Not a very good dinner and a waste of money for such mediocre service and food.

You will be offered ridiculous time limits if you didn’t make a reservation. No signage indicating fully booked. You are much better off heading to another restaurant with better service and time limit rather than waiting in their queue.

1st time visited Tapas Club in Orchard Central. Food is nice but very disappointed with the service.
4 diners, we waited min. 45mins for our food then served 2 salads (main course) and 15mins later another 2 main course served. Follow by 3 starters and 4th starters after 10mins and after reminder given for missing of one starter.
Happily finished our starter and main, dessert served after 15mins with 2 reminders to service staff.
Despite we are seated in front of the counter, the service staff aren't even bother to check why our table was so empty without any foods after they told us lunch time capped at 1.5hrs.

This feedback is on the vivo branch on our visit Sat 6 Sep at 12.30pm.
Firstly the food items that we had at your restaurant were sadly unsatisfactory in terms of quality of items and taste.
The Grilled Iberico pork with fries we had was rather hard and dry. Not the tasty juicy pork we remember having before.
We also had the Chicken and Seafood Paella - which was a rather small portion with very few ingredients. The chicken was tiny dry chunks and the mussels were very dehydrated and not juicy or fresh at all. It was not fragrant or flavourful and the rice was too grainy and undercooked. We have been to Spain and we know how Paella should taste. It was a very expensive and disappointing lunch.
Lastly, the manager on duty could have been less curt and more polite and warm to the customers.
Do take my feedback seriously and make big improvements to your food quality and service.

Received Tapas Club's email saying: "When it's a member's birthday, we make sure to celebrate it! Dine with us on this special month and enjoy a whopping 15% off all your bills."
Booked for dinner on 21 Sept stating upfront the intention of using the “15% OFF” birthday offer as stated on the email.
Only at payment did the staff inform me that I needed to fulfill additional requirements before I could use the Birthday Offer!
A good way to celebrate my birthday, and end future business! Good luck.

I went on a date with my wife. The food was OK but there weren't enough waiters / waitresses and the whole atmosphere was rushed and not relaxed. We were sitting on high seats next to the queue of people in the middle of the room. It took a long time to get served drinks. We won't go back.

Having paella “with chorizo” in the menu automatically downgrades the restaurant. Paella with chorizo is not paella.
They have a lunch set. Asked if I could change one of the options and have a cheaper starter but waitress replied it wasn’t possible. Ridiculous.

The set Lunch is good if you are not a big eater - portions were not exactly value for money. Flavour and taste were also not exactly "kosher". Having had 9.90 euro 3-course lunches in Spain that includes a btl of wine, beer or soft drinks - might be my expectations were too high for this "authentic" Spanish establishment.

Greeted with very rude waitress boldly telling us that we only have 90mins to dine in. Understand that it’s festive season and you have alot of bookings but we will appreciate better if the message was relayed in a more polite manner. The whole dining experience was rush- kept on asking when they can serve the dessert, when it was supposed to be a surprise for our birthday girl! Food was so so.
Never returning for any important dates celebration.

Food was nice but not good enough to make up for bad service. Their garlic prawn and squid ink paella was good though (a bit too salty but still nice). Waitresses did not tell us at the start that we can just order through the QR code and the placemats covered all of them so we didnt know. Spent 5 mins waving trying to get their attention. Had to ask for our water (that we ordered via the app along with the food) 3 times before it came. Started clearing the table at 9 when one of us was still eating. Will not visit again.

The service of the staff is poor. When I tried to order water, the staff told, "I'm busy, so order by yourself using the QR code."
The meals did not come out after more than 20 minutes.
The staff was carrying the meals we ordered to another table where they ordered the same meals a few minutes ago. I pointed it out, but there was no apology.
