We came here for a family gathering/birthday celebration and we tried the high tea.
Good selection of various teas with interesting sandwiches and little cakes.
The Scones however were a let down , they were brought out stone cold , dry and hard. I have fed this back to the team.
Staff were attentive and sang happy birthday to my son, who was celebrating his 13th birthday.
Certain aspects ie food can be improved but altogether a pleasant experience.
Manager was very switched on.
Will be back the next time I’m in town !

It was our wedding anniversary staycation and we were served by Angeline. She made the experience a delightful one. Thank you for the service and hospitality during our time at Renku.
She mentioned that she has slowly learned the ropes to make a perfect pot of tea for her guests. That to me is passion and dedication to the craft. Appreciate Angeline and the rest of the team for taking care of us on 24th Sep.

We regularly dine here at Renku everytime we stay at Marina Bay Sands. Great food, nice ambience, great location. But what stands the most is the service provided by two outstanding staff- Shiela and the bar tender Richie. Never failed to provide great service. No matter how busy the situation is, Shiela always serves and assists with a smile. Richie has mastered multi tasking! He explains what drinks in the menu are even when he is mixing! Theyre gems!

* First serving 4 types of finger sandwiches ((prawn, avocado with tobiko aioli); (truffle egg salad); (albacore tuna with olive tapenade);(pesto and cornichon) only (prawn, avocado with tobiko aioli)was nice if compared to others.
* Second serving was 2 pcs traditional raisin scones per person served with fresh orange butter, strawberry jam and clotted cream.
* Third serving 12 various mini types of Kueh, Mochi, chocolates and cakes Please see the photos.
* Only traditional raisin scones taste great when you dip with orange butter.
* This is the only high tea which I did not request for food refill except for the tea.
* The high tea cost sgd 90.40 after 20% MBS member discount. My overall comment is great service but quality of foods did not meet expectations. Will not consider to patronise them anymore.

When in Singapore the place to be is at the Marina Bay Sands. And while you are there you should try chillin' out at the Renku Bar & Lounge. It has a very relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy your favorite snack and drink while listening to live music. The people there are so friendly and acccommodating which will make you feel at ease early on. Mr. Edwick, the manager of Renku, welcomed us with his big smile. He checked in on us every now and then to make sure that we are having a great time. We also got entertained by our chit chat with Sheila and Lei who patiently waited on us as we browsed through the various choices of mouth watering snacks and cocktail concoctions. Then Zack and Dina the bartenders happily prepared the drinks for us. The friendliness that we got from the place made us feel like we've already known these people for a long time and thus made our experience a lot more pleasurable.

This fabulous bar & lounge adjoins RISE restaurant. We considered going in to have dinner at RISE, but their prices were a little steep for our budget. We then looked at the menu for RENKU & found they had more reasonably-priced food, so opted for a table there. What a find! It was our first night in Singapore, so we ordered Singapore Slings while eating wonderful club sandwiches & hors d’oeuvres. The Pianist played continuously & there was a wonderfully decadent & relaxed atmosphere. We loved it so much we returned again the following night.

What I imagined as a peaceful stroll through Gardens by the Bay turned out to be an endless walk under the fiery sun – that mom and I decided to just proceed inside Marina Bay Sands to escape the heat.
However, my absolute mood-killer is to be drenched in sweat – that the idea of shopping didn’t thrill me. I just told my mom I’d kill time inside The Club By Renku before our dinner.
Fortunately, it’s the perfect decision as its gorgeous interiors definitely beguiled me. I comfortably settled in a couch and I was so tempted to get some bar chow – but as I didn’t want to ruin my appetite for dinner, I limited myself to a mocktail.
I helped myself to a refreshing glass of its Yuzu Lychee (SGD16)– a wonderful blend of the sweetness of the lychee and the tanginess of the yuzu. My mood improved with every sip of it.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant in downtown that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, our waiter, Sai, made us feel welcome and taken care of.
Sai was attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations and answering all our questions about the menu. He took the time to explain the ingredients and preparation methods of each dish, and even offered some insider tips on how to best enjoy each one.

High tea set in a beautiful setting. Large golden birdcages hold the amazing food served with high tea making it such a beautiful touch and photographical moment
Sheila my server was highly qualified and explained my tea choices and food in depth. She went above and beyond making my experience even more memorable

Exceptional service from the team lead by Danica, service are very attentive, friendly yet professional.
Shoutout to Shiela who made the dinner enjoyable and fun. Zai for the warm service, Zach for drinks, I must say that his own creation of cocktail- was top notch!
Icing on the cake when they brought small cake and the very talented guitarist singer sung birthday song!
Thank you for making my moms birthday special and a celebration we will never forget!
Will definitely come back, and recommend Renku to my colleagues, friends and clients..

This spot is great for live music laid back vibes and great bar food - the manager, Danica, was very friendly helped us with planning out our itinerary for the next day. We were staying at Marina bay sands for our honeymoon - they prepared special food for us. Evelyn who served us was especially helpful as well

We had our high tea reservation and was assisted by Nina who made me look forward to our reservation with her warmth and friendliness. Everyone met our high standard expectations aside from Nina would like to commend Jackie, Hazel and Sheila too. These four ladies provided best service.

In my experience having breakfast here, all of the staff are very friendly, especially Sheila. She is very attentive and always make sure that we are content. In addition, the variety of menu that they provide are diverse and complete, I love how fresh the food was. Overall, I am very satisfied and would love to come by again.

Me and my friends were looking for some place to relax at the same time checking out some good food and place to experience. Well, we ended up at Renku and we were greeted by Sheryl from the reception area, and we were assisted towards our table, she was very cheerful and bubbly. When we were seated Nina came to assist us and explain the menu, she also made us feel comfortable and relax, the food was great! And the service is exceptional!!! This experience truly made our visit a memorable one.

We went for afternoon tea and cocktail hour. When we went at the end of June it was a set menu, but when we went at the end of July it was a buffet. They added new menu items and it's recommended for those who want to eat a lot, but it gets very crowded at 3pm and 5:30pm. The staff, Jackie, Pobin and Sheila, are very kind and friendly, and provide great customer service. They are well trained and pleasant.
