Food was authentic and tasty, but staff was extremely rude. Was not done with our dessert but waitress assigned to our table kept hurrying us, citing the fact that she has to clear our bowls as a reason. Why would clearing the bowls take precedence...over a diner’s meal experience? I was appalled that the waitress had such a poor attitude given the outstanding reputation that Imperial Treasure has. As I was reading other reviews, I noticed someone mentioned that dining duration is supposedly kept at 1h. However, I was not informed of this at all throughout the entire duration I was there. The restaurant was also rather empty with only 1 or 2 other tables occupied. It was absolutely unnecessary and uncalled for to put pressure on us to finish our food quickly. It certainly ruined what would have been an enjoyable lunch appointment. Even if it was a busy lunch service, there was certainly a better way to deliver the message than to blatantly chase a diner away. Extremely disappointed that such a negative experience would happen in a restaurant listed under the Michelin-star guide.More

We had lunch here recently. Dim sums were utterly delicious. Teochew Siew Mei is one of the best dish. The braised meat platter was great. The team must have spent alot of time on doing the braised sauce just right. You can taste they use...good quality pepper, sand ginger, cardamom and bay leaves. The yellow croaker fish is delicately prepared. The fish Skin was crispy, with the companion of white carrot in bean sauces, it was superb. My Husband was a fan of the salted egg bittergourd. The yam puffs best I have eaten in Singapore. Crispy with the yam velvety inside. The glutinous rice was delicious and generous in portion. We will definitely be back and this will be our regular weekend dim sum place. Best in Singapore!More

This from the get-go has the luxurious feel of an exclusive Chinese fine dining restaurant right from the moment you step in. All very hush and restrained and the lighting is somewhat mood -like on the darkish side, not the norm for most Chinese restaurants...in Singapore, even some high end ones. The private rooms are on a separate level from the general restaurant. The decor is meant to ooze class and elegance and this envelopes you in all areas. This same sense of luxury and elegance is mirrored in the very fine Teochew food too. We were there for a Chinese New Year dinner on a weekday and boy was the food awesomely good! The sashimi style yellowtail Yu Sheng done Shunde style was superb and truly out-of-this-world and the quality (and quantity too in this case!) was outstanding. So different from the regular run-of-the-mill Yu Sheng you get even in some of the more expensive restaurants in town. The steamed fish was done to Teochew perfection and the prawns were superlatively good. We ended the repast with a huge Lup Mei Fan with multitudes of Chinese sausages piled on and this was indeed a sight to behold! A first class Hong Kong-style Teochew restaurant with some fine Cantonese-influenced dishes but all coming together perfectly to reach a new zenith of class and refinement in southern Chinese cuisine. An epic Michelin-worthy meal for sure.More

Ate here a few times. Food is good as usual but today we encountered a rather hard sell from the waitress/manager. She kept recommending the expensive dishes and very evasive and misleading when we asked for the price. Suggestion is just decide on the dishes...u want to order and order only the dishes you want. The dim sum is very good.More

Great place. They shifted from another location and we chance upon this when going down to the subway from the back set of elevators at the level 5 hotel lobby
