Service and food were excellent. The view was beautiful and the servers were attentive. Both Thomas and Louis were polite and detailed-oriented. Thank you for making our anniversary great!

I’d read a lot of good reviews about 665F, but sadly it failed to deliver (for me). Walking to the concierge area had me feeling very positive, nice decor and a feeling of intimacy. That changed suddenly and dramatically when taken into the restaurant. I...travel a lot and have way too many hotel breakfasts and this was just like walking into a Marriot breakfast buffet. Far too bright lit for a dining room and the tables by the window (where we sat) were very close to each other. They were also positioned so one person had their back to the view from the 38th floor - strange decision. It would be better turned through 90 degrees so both people can see the view, but that will mean they can’t ram 3 tables in. The kitchen is open plan which is normally nice. So, big fail on ambience. The food. I cook steak at home every other day. I religiously buy grass fed sirloins and ribeye joints then cut my own 500g steaks. I use a reverse sear method cooking them to 53c internal then searing them in butter. I’m telling you this to say ‘I know a bit about steak’. They had no grass fed beef on the menu which was a shame (but not too strange). I didn’t see anything to indicate the beef was aged and I also didn’t see any aging cases like many steakhouses have in U.K. and USA. Anyway. I ordered the ribeye (300g) medium. What arrived what just between medium well and well done. I’m amazed that a ‘steak restaurant’ can’t even deliver a medium cooked steak. The sear marking on the steak were somewhat chaotic indicating the steak had been flipped multiple times and hence overcooked. The table next to use ordered the tenderloins and both of theirs were undercooked! (Remember we were so close that we could hear everything). The beef lacked flavour also, we had to ask for salt. We didn’t opt for a dessert given the experience and left. I shouldn’t be able to cook better ribeye than a steak restaurant!More

View and service was great. Celebrated boyfriend’s bday, was served by Rosalino and he was very attentive and courteous. Made our dinner comfortable and enjoyable. Food is not bad, but can be better esp for the price spent.

Wonderful experience with the team at 665. I had to reschedule my reservation a couple of times and they were super accommodating to the changes. We came for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the food. The scallop and crab cakes were delicious and the steaks were...perfectly done. The team on duty was also very attentive and made our dining experience a wonderful one. Special mention to Ravi, Rozalino, Thomas, Lois and Sharon. Will definitely recommend dining here!More

We decided to have a birthday lunch at 665°F (Andaz Hotel) and it turned out fabulous — the food was great from start to finish! Crab cake and scallops were superb appetizers for our red wine, and the salmon and Stony River Black Angus tenderloin...were even tastier with another glass of shiraz. The window seat offered us a glorious view of downtown and the city shoreline. A special 🙏 thank you 🙏 and shout out to Shawn Chan, and Emmanuel who served us. We’d like to thank Emmanuel for remembering us and we appreciate the team for the attentive service. The birthday 🎂 cake surprise was priceless. It made my day EXTRA special.More

Had a great dinner of the 36 hour short rib and the tenderloin. The former was melt in your mouth tender! And the accompanying sauces were excellent! The crab cake appetiser was big and meaty and the mango pavlova dessert was the perfect finish. Big...thank you to the very attentive Louis, Claire and Ravi for taking care of us all evening. Really gone downhill, terrible customer service and mediocre food. When I booked lunch for our wedding anniversary the 665F website booking asked if there were any special requests. So I filled this in and I specifically asked for there to be a dozen red roses...on arrival and a bottle of champagne open and waiting to be served in two glasses. The automated google email reply confirmed this. So when we arrived and none of this had happened I complained to not one but two people. Neither knew what I was talking about. More to the point, none of them checked or apologised or offered to remedy it! I wasn’t about to start an argument with them in front of my wife so I left it. But why ask for “special requests” if no one is going to pay attention to it? We were then bizarrely sat in the non-dining area, the cellar or what was more like a library it was horrible. I thought that I was in the wrong restaurant. They didn’t even sit us next to the window, they sat us at the back with no view and there were only 4 people in that room and that included us! I asked to move to the main dining area with the views and open plan kitchen. So we moved and to my surprise there was also one other group there too. So why did they put us in the “library” room away from the open plan kitchen action and views? Bizarre customer service. Again especially after I had told them that this was our wedding anniversary but again they seemed completely uncaring and oblivious to it. This despite that it was sent to them in writing and confirmed by Google. There seemed to be very little between the set lunch and the ala carte apart from price so we went for the set lunch which was fine if nothing amazing. I am glad that we didn’t pay the very expensive cost of the ala carte as it was just like a normal brasserie meal nothing amazing. The whole experience was the polar opposite of the last time that I was here and it’s really gone down hill. The attention to detail was nowhere to be seen. Don’t go here for anything special as they won’t know about it even if you tell them online and then won’t do anything about it to make it good even when you arrive and tell them again. Won’t be coming back.More
