Absolutely zero communication and horrible customer service… we had a very delayed delivery of about 2h with no communication to us when it was delayed, refused to pick up the phone when we called them so many times and had to end up buying a...whole other dinner. Food was only sent when we asked for a refund. There was no service recovery as well with no apology of any sort.More

Used to be regular customer to Bishan branch. We put in our order for a dinner at 3.50pm. Delivery time was for 7.30-8pm. By 8.15 the app did not show that delivery even sent from restaurant yet. Tried calling Jewel branch >10 times but either...no one picked up or engaged. Called another branch and they said they will contact Jewel branch. Finally at 8.40pm app showed delivery in progress. Will be asking for full refund as we had bought another dinner from another place. Will also avoid Dian Xiao Er delivery from now on.More

The decor is modern contemporary chinese although my Friend joked that with all the white colours and white lanterns, it could passed off as a funeral parlour... lol, but jokes aside, Dian Xiao Er never fail to deliver consistency in their food. We had the...standard set for 4 pax and it came with their signature duck, sesame chicken, homemade tofu, spinach and fish maw soup. All’s good and nicely cooked to the right taste, texture and all. If U like Duck , this is the place. They roast their ducks in a Combi Oven resulting is a Crispy Skin Super Moist meat. Damn Yummy. They do pour some gravy on the duck but ill always tell to to separate the gravy. IMO...it spoils the Duck. Cereal Prawns are good tooMore

The herbal roasted duck is pretty flavourful and this airport restaurant (located on 2nd level of Terminal 3)serves other Chinese cooked food. The mainlight however is the herbal roasted duck which comes in a few different flavours(10 nourishments duck etc.) The place is a nice...restaurant to sit back and have a good meal while waiting for your flight or sending/picking someone. It has variety of foods all very nice With discount rates. The restaurant is clean with nice music. The staffs are clean n friendly. Would recommend to the average traveller good value for money

Cheaper than the Sing food, the tatse is delicious, the menu has so many choices, must try roast duck, fried fish. Duck is soft. There are so many address at Singapore. The address is below picture, at Changi airport has a réstaurant.

We love the roast duck at this restaurant. It's a must try on every visit. We have lost count on the number of occasions we have patronized this restaurant Other dishes like the tofu, spinach and pork ribs are above average. They serve good Herbal...soup too. Good for nourishment of our body.More

This is one of the favorite restaurant which I will visit whenever I am back in Singapore. They serve delicious roast duck over here especially the herb duck is a must try. With a long history in Singapore I will recommend folks to try it....The staff over here are rather attentive but of cos do not compare with a 5 star hotel. Give it a try if you drop by Singapore!More
