I had the Omakase at En sushi and it was really good, it is worth the price and they even explained each dish that is served so we knew what we were going to eat. The service is prompt and the setting of the restaurant is very calming. I highly recommend this place!!!

The exterior of the restaurant is quite unassuming only a simple sign to draw your attention. To get to the dinning area, you have to take a short walk along a passageway and a flight of steps. But all this effort is worth it.
The main dinning area is relatively large and spacious, you can even choose to sit at the counter to watch the chef prepare your meal infront of you.
The menu is extensive and the ingredients used are very fresh. If you are not a fan of raw fish, they also have a good selection of cooked items too. There is even a sake menu to pair your meal. For kids, there is even a decent dessert selection to keep them busy.
Personal favorite has to be their sashimi, the fish is very fresh and they are generous with their cut. The portion is just perfect for you to enjoy both the texture and taste of the different fishes. Do also try their udon if you are not a fan of rice, as the broth that comes with it is so flavorful and rich. The udon itself is the thin version, which also goes well with the broth.
Service is fast and friendly. Staff are ever ready to make sure you enjoy your meal. Food presentation is also top notch, sometimes it just look too beautiful to be eaten.
It is truly a great restaurant that is serving wonderfully Japanese meal at really good value. Did gives it a 5-stars rating that it deserves, just for personal selfish reason; as do not want others to rush to the place and I have to queue the next time I am there.

I ordered delivery from En Sushi for the first time this evening for dinner (first time getting sushi delivered since moving to SG last summer).
Affordably priced, delicious, and a great experience. The Hamachi (yellow tail) was wonderful, and I was surprised at how tasty the tempura vegetables were (for delivery, they weren’t soggy). Everything was great!
I got a call from the owner to confirm order and delivery time - very courteous.
I will definitely order here again versus looking elsewhere.

We visited En Sushi for the first time for a birthday dinner. Food was ok overall. One thing I didn’t like about my experience here was that one of the servers was quite aggressive to sell sake and dishes we were not really asking about or looking for. We were not looking for snapper (tai) sashimi dish, but we were told to order that in addition to the other assorted sashimi plate we were ordering because it’s special and fresh. However, the served snapper sashimi was still a little frozen and it was not great at all. She was so happy that she was successful in up-selling this expensive dish to us whether we like it or not. It was a birthday occasion, so we were enjoying the time slowly sipping our cups of hot and cold sake. This said server came back often to pour up the rest of the sake while were still enjoying our half-full cup, asking “more sake?” Seriously, I thought “what’s the rush?” I think food itself is ok, so if you want to try Japanese food at a more reasonable price than authentic Japanese restaurants, and don’t mind being urged while enjoying your meals and drinks, this restaurant could be an option for you.

Wanted a change of Sushi delivery and choose En Sushi since read so many good reviews. Very disappointed by the quality of what they sent since it cost 25% more than Sushi Tei? The Chirashi don looks like it was prepared 1 day ago. Same as for the rest of the maki I purchased. My partner ask me when did I go to Cold Storage to get these sushi? Never again.

I am pretty much a foodie myself, since high school days I have been traveling around Singapore trying out new and highly anticipated restaurants or hawker food. This restaurant is by far the one that I will find myself visiting whenever I crave for some Japanese. There are some dishes I would highly recommend. The yellow tail fish head is very fresh and has a lot a lot a lot of meat, a very good sharing dish. Salmon/Yellow tail/Tuna belly sashimi are highly recommended if you feel like splurging a little *trust me you will not regret it. Raw cod sperm are really amazing if you are feeling adventurous *this is one of my favourite, you will get drunk by the taste even without a drop of alcohol. Seared raw scallops with mantaiko is sweet and savoury *for those who don’t normally eat raw sashimi and wanted to start somewhere this is for you. Well and for the matching drinks they have a white range for you to choose from beer to whiskey. I like warm sake with sashimi, at times I’ll match it with whiskey. When in doubt just ask the manager for recommendations, they are highly equipped with the knowledge to satisfy your fine taste. I have been there a couple of times, so far I have never been disappointed. Thumbs up.

En Sushi is where we go for comfort food, reasonable pricing and its hamachi kama! Yes, grilled hamachi is our must-have. The beef is another favourite and The Son who does not eat garlic loves the fried garlic that serves alongside the steak. Jan is great with her recommendations too. We cannot wait for reopening so the family can dine in again.

came here with my friends when i was at bugis area because i've heard some good reviews about this place and it didn't disappoint me. the service was great, with the servers constantly filling up our hot tea and clearing our empty plates so that our table will not be cluttered. the food we ordered were served promptly and my favourite was the soft shell crab maki! although my friends and i were not placed at the seats near the window as they were reserved, the dining environment was still cosy and pleasant. highly recommended to all :)

I was introduced to this restaurant by a friend of mine and decided to bring my family and myself to have dinner yesterday. We were seated by 7 and the staff there were quick to ask for our choice of beverage so that we can read the menu and drink at the same time. The food and drinks were served relatively quickly and the servers there were quick to clear our plates so that our tables will not be overly cluttered. Ample refills for the green tea were given and the overall service was exemplary! The food served was also really delicious, I recommend their salmon mentaiko rolls and their sashimi bowls. I will definitely dine in at this establishment again and bring my friends and family here!

My partner and I read the reviews and were looking forward to dinner here. On arrival the restaurant was very cold and we asked for some warm water whilst we were reading the menu. We were told they only served bottled water - and "didn't have" tap water. Clearly the restaurant has water!
We were about to order a lot of food and would have had a few beers as well, but the unwillingness to simply serve us a glass of warm water whilst reading the menu (and to help us warm up!) plus the surly / "cannot" attitude from the staff meant we left and took our money elsewhere. Singapore is a hot, sweaty place and people need lots of water! I don't understand restaurants who refuse to serve tap water. It's wasteful and not environmentally friendly to use bottled water and it wasn't like we were there and not going to spend a lot of money. Take your custom elsewhere where you'll be welcomed and receive better service.

Having to quarantine for 21 days, we were craving for sushi and chanced upon En Sushi which was nearby to our SHN hotel. We took a chance and it was a hit! The Chirashi Don was fresh and we simply love the rest of the items we ordered from them.
We highly recommend their "Soft-shell Crab Salmon Aburi Uramaki" . Will order again.

Being a Singaporean, food is always at the top of our lists and minds. As a country filled with a myriad of cultures and of course cuisines, food and rather good food is something we would queue hours for and make a trip to.
En Sushi is located conveniently near Bugis+, a well visited shopping mall in the central part of Singapore.
If you drive, there are ample public parking just across or if you’d like, you can park at the mall as well and just cross the road to reach En Sushi.
Arriving at En Sushi, you will be greeted by a nostalgic sense of travel as if you were visiting an eating place in Japan, going through a small walkway and up the wooden stairs to get to the restaurant.
Once in, you’ll be then greeted by a very comfortable yet modern Japanese setting and if I could say, it looks posh even.
Ordering the food from their impeccable menu, convering their house specials of starters like Pitan Tofu (Century egg tofu), egg uni (poached egg topped with uni) to must tries like their grilled fish head.
You’d only wish you could fit more food in!
Their menu is suitable for all ages and I’m pretty sure you’ll find their food impeccable!
Don’t just take my words for it, try it today!
When you want Japanese, eat En Sushi!

We went there in a group of four and we felt the urge to come back. The sashimi are tasteful but that carpaccio of saint Jacques is absolutely ...delightful. I really think it was a great sushi experience and I had the privilege to taste it in Japan several times.
Would come back anytime.

Visited for dinner on a Saturday night. The ambience was very elegant & clean. Really like the Zen atmosphere.
My favourite is the really fresh Sashimi which was cut into thick juicy slices. The beef steak is also succulent & delicious! Thumbs up to the staffs as well for their great service. Will definitely come back for more!

I was sceptical about the quality even after reading all the positive review but still decide to tried it for myself. Hands down one of the best Japanese restaurant I have tried in Singapore for sure. The sashimi is high quality and fresh. The oysters are succulent delicious and serve at the right temperature. The sushi is delicious and rice cooked perfectly. Basically transport me back to Japan. Excellent service. Simple deco and perfect location to give the customer high quality Japanese food at reasonable price. Try it for yourself it definitely won’t disappoint
