We visited En Sushi for the first time for a birthday dinner. Food was ok overall. One thing I didn’t like about my experience here was that one of the servers was quite aggressive to sell sake and dishes we were not really asking about or looking for. We were not looking for snapper (tai) sashimi dish, but we were told to order that in addition to the other assorted sashimi plate we were ordering because it’s special and fresh. However, the served snapper sashimi was still a little frozen and it was not great at all. She was so happy that she was successful in up-selling this expensive dish to us whether we like it or not. It was a birthday occasion, so we were enjoying the time slowly sipping our cups of hot and cold sake. This said server came back often to pour up the rest of the sake while were still enjoying our half-full cup, asking “more sake?” Seriously, I thought “what’s the rush?” I think food itself is ok, so if you want to try Japanese food at a more reasonable price than authentic Japanese restaurants, and don’t mind being urged while enjoying your meals and drinks, this restaurant could be an option for you.

En Sushi is where we go for comfort food, reasonable pricing and its hamachi kama! Yes, grilled hamachi is our must-have. The beef is another favourite and The Son who does not eat garlic loves the fried garlic that serves alongside the steak. Jan is great with her recommendations too. We cannot wait for reopening so the family can dine in again.

Wanted a change of Sushi delivery and choose En Sushi since read so many good reviews. Very disappointed by the quality of what they sent since it cost 25% more than Sushi Tei? The Chirashi don looks like it was prepared 1 day ago. Same as for the rest of the maki I purchased. My partner ask me when did I go to Cold Storage to get these sushi? Never again.

The exterior of the restaurant is quite unassuming only a simple sign to draw your attention. To get to the dinning area, you have to take a short walk along a passageway and a flight of steps. But all this effort is worth it.
The main dinning area is relatively large and spacious, you can even choose to sit at the counter to watch the chef prepare your meal infront of you.
The menu is extensive and the ingredients used are very fresh. If you are not a fan of raw fish, they also have a good selection of cooked items too. There is even a sake menu to pair your meal. For kids, there is even a decent dessert selection to keep them busy.
Personal favorite has to be their sashimi, the fish is very fresh and they are generous with their cut. The portion is just perfect for you to enjoy both the texture and taste of the different fishes. Do also try their udon if you are not a fan of rice, as the broth that comes with it is so flavorful and rich. The udon itself is the thin version, which also goes well with the broth.
Service is fast and friendly. Staff are ever ready to make sure you enjoy your meal. Food presentation is also top notch, sometimes it just look too beautiful to be eaten.
It is truly a great restaurant that is serving wonderfully Japanese meal at really good value. Did gives it a 5-stars rating that it deserves, just for personal selfish reason; as do not want others to rush to the place and I have to queue the next time I am there.

Saw good reviews online and it sure didn’t disappoint! Ordered the pitan tofu, sliced beef steak, ebi salmon aburi maki and En Premium Chirashi don to go with our sake (monthly hot sake and Yoshikubo Ippin). Everything was so good we ordered another soft-shell crab aburi salmon maki before having the tofu cheesecake (which was amazing!) to end the night. Thank you Kenneth for your hospitality and your staff for the good service. Will be back again! :)

Wide selection of sake. High quality and value
Food selection is great, especially the appetisers.
Hamachi fish head is a must try. Super fresh and delicious. Reserve early for private rooms if required.
Highly recommended for business setting or night's out with friends!

Friendly staffs and great ambience for business. Managed to get a cosy private room to have a nice discussion with customers. The food were on point and very authentic! A wide variety of delicious and original Japanese cuisine to choose from to suit all age and taste!

We booked a private room for a meeting for 7 pax. The room was great and private for conversations, and the food was AMAZING. One of my friends is a Japanese who is very particular about quality of her food and she loves what was served that day. The location was also good for us as it’s located in bugis near most of our offices and not far from MRT station.

Having to quarantine for 21 days, we were craving for sushi and chanced upon En Sushi which was nearby to our SHN hotel. We took a chance and it was a hit! The Chirashi Don was fresh and we simply love the rest of the items we ordered from them.
We highly recommend their "Soft-shell Crab Salmon Aburi Uramaki" . Will order again.

I recently enjoyed my birthday dinner at En Sushi. This restaurant holds a special place in my heart as it was where my partner and I shared our first date. The freshness of the food was impressive and the presentation was well done. The grilled squid with teriyaki sauce was a standout dish, perfectly cooked and seasoned. We paired it with a bottle of sake, soft shell crab salmon maki, chawanmushi and chirashi. The service crew and sushi chef, Lester, provided warm and friendly service. The sake recommended by the Manager, Danny, was quite good. This place is highly recommended for their warm hospitality and delicious food.

Very delicious food and great ambience! They have private rooms that are good for cosy gatherings and also for business meetings.
only had a photo:) was too indulged in the good setting and food. Sashimi is fresh, grilled Salmon is cooked to perfection, don, yaki was good. The waitress recommended a good bottle of Sake to go with the food. In all, highly recommend! Will surely visit again.

came here with my friends when i was at bugis area because i've heard some good reviews about this place and it didn't disappoint me. the service was great, with the servers constantly filling up our hot tea and clearing our empty plates so that our table will not be cluttered. the food we ordered were served promptly and my favourite was the soft shell crab maki! although my friends and i were not placed at the seats near the window as they were reserved, the dining environment was still cosy and pleasant. highly recommended to all :)

It was a fabulous dining experience from the get go. The menu offers a wide variety of quality choices. The sashimi was fresh and the beef steak was perfect. You can tell that the head chef put his heart and soul into this place, with attention to every detail. My friend and I love Japanese food and are totally impressed with our first visit. At such reasonable prices, we will definitely be back. Thank you!

I was introduced to this restaurant by a friend of mine and decided to bring my family and myself to have dinner yesterday. We were seated by 7 and the staff there were quick to ask for our choice of beverage so that we can read the menu and drink at the same time. The food and drinks were served relatively quickly and the servers there were quick to clear our plates so that our tables will not be overly cluttered. Ample refills for the green tea were given and the overall service was exemplary! The food served was also really delicious, I recommend their salmon mentaiko rolls and their sashimi bowls. I will definitely dine in at this establishment again and bring my friends and family here!

In this pandemic where food are not allow to be served at events. En Sushi has offered great bentos & customised options. E food were delivered on time and still warm.
Our invited guests has given good feedbacks too!
