Arrived at 8.45 pm. Closing time of restaurant was 10 pm. Experience was the most unsatisfactory n worst! They rush u to put a last order. The food came very quickly. One side dish was barely done While the other- beef udon -was yucky n...overdone. Soon after, many of the staff crowds nearby our dining table clutching with their backpacks. That’s was only 9.15! With so many pairs of eyes staring at us to hurry so they can close n leave , we could barely eat. We had to gobbled down an expensive meal within 25 mins. I would rather they didn’t seat us. Overall the dining experience is a big letdown, leaving us with a bad distaste!More

Enjoyed the meal here and loved the garlic rice with perfect meat balls, cod and agedashi tofu. The korobuta cheese rosu was unusual and delicious. The California temaki was so good, we ordered it 3 more times and had a total of 8 for 6...of us! The Aburi salmon maki and the soft shell crab maki roll were very good too. Service was average - somewhat grumpy and sullen. Loved that there was a small Japanese gourmet supermarket in this restaurant. Useful to pick up some favourite Japanese salad dressings and more. Prices were reasonable.More

Came here on recommendation by a friend despite seeing the negative reviews. Turns out the reviews were right. Disappointing and expensive.

I used to come to this little restaurant several times a month, until I got the worst customer service experience with my Husband and Mother in law: Our dishes were served extremely late, with a lag of 35 min between them. They had to eat...their food cold while I had to speed up my dish alone to be able to leave the restaurant for an appointment. We called the waitress attention several times and got ignored, the waitresses were not able to handle our complaint and presented weak excuses, saying they were receiving several delivery orders at the moment (?) It’s difficult to understand how deliveries always get prioritised instead of regular clients sitting in front of them. Asked for a discount, we were not treated fairly. These people have no idea how to deal with customers. Too bad for them. They prefer to lose regular customers than a 12$ maki roll.More

Who would have thought that there will be a Japanese restaurant within a supermarket? And surprisingly, the menu is pretty extensive for a small set-up. we ate their fruit-based lohei and it was refreshingly good.

Ordered medium and gets a very well done char beef. The beef quality is good but over cooked. The promotion Otoro shashimi is good. Only $38. Hand roll is plain with a piece of salmon. Food is average and slightly overpriced

It's slightly pricey but definitely worth it, variety of food choices including sake. Peak hours, no place to sit, I love their curry udon and the Sapporo draft beer. Good table service. Sometimes they may delay opening time if they have a lot of orders...for take away.More
