The place made a great first impression with the lovely setting & ambience. We were also warmly greeted by Zhi Hao and Benjamin, who were attentive to our needs & went the extra mile to made sure everything was alright. Food was also great, especially...the Double Boiled Four Treasure Soup! Overall, we definitely had a great dining experience and I guess I can say, I’m a now fan of Madame Fan! ;) Will be back again next time to try their dim sum!More

Enjoyed a 3-course meal here, served by Zhi Hao & Ben throughout the night. As a person with certain food allergies, both Zhi Hao & Ben took special notice to ensure that dishes containing seafood were changed to suit my dietery restrictions. Overall, it was...a pleasant experience with Madame Fan and we’ll be back soon!More

Ambience was romantic and cosy. Service was attentive and pleasant. We had Lala Noodles, Stir fried Beef and Abugiene and Tofu served in Clay pot. I wish the dishes were not served at the same time, because they were, the food was cold. Almond Milk,...could have been smoother.More

There’s a plush chinoiserie red carpet waiting for your glamourous heels to saunter across. Madame Fan is stunning and the velvety rich decadent red of the curtains and seats draw gasps of opulent excitement from you. The dining hall is such a sight to behold....The bar is removed of seats but still retains its refined glamour. The lights are so decadent, you just want to be enveloped in the luxurious glamour as long as you can. The Cantonese fare is of course, matching to the luxurious good taste of the ambience. Service is cloth-napkin crisp – Jufrie the joker was wry funny and spot-on with service. Benjamin, the Assistant Manager was the cherry atop the cake with the service, so accommodating with our photo requests (who can resist IG-trigger-happy-snapping here). He took all our requests in such great strides. If you want a luxurious night out, ink it all plush red at Madame Fan.More

The service from Johann made what was already going to be an exceptional evening even better with his nothing is to much trouble attitude. The squid and seabass were cooked to perfection and the Asian greens so fresh. Topped off the meal with raspberry sorbet,...coffee and wine whilst we relaxed on the lounge in the georgeous bar area. Highly recommend dining there.More
