Was there to try the Chef's Signature 3-course Set Lunch and made reservations for the 1.30pm slot. Service was prompt as most diners were almost at the end of their meal. Was offered sparkling or still, and liked that the staff enquired if I'd like...a piece of lemon in my water. For appetisers; Calamari and Gamberi. For mains, we had the Salmone and Maialino. For desserts, the signature tiramisu. The calamari presentation was indeed colourful, and it elevated the expectations a tad more. The texture of the baby calamari was nicely tender and flavours were gentle. Likewise, the Gamberi of New Zealand prawns 'tartare' was flavourful and enjoyable. The pan-fried Norwegian salmon dish was not found in its ala-carte menu but it does appear in the regular Set Lunch Menu. Hence, guests could opt for this again after the Chef's Signature event ends. The Maialino of sous vide (slow cooked) Spanish suckling pig seemed like a popular dish. Loved all the seasonal vegetables on both plates. It was a pity that the skin was not crispy. Suggest to pair the mains with a glass of wine as the flavours are stronger. Was happy with the delightful tiramisu. Good portions and satisfying end to the meal.More

They have a great spread and very authentic taste. We tried the lasagne, aglio olio and roast chicken. All the dishes had delicate flavours and authentic taste of the herbs and olive oil used. We thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely go back to them.

I specially like the Asparagi Bianchi, beef meat ball, Aragosta Lobster Soup and Ravioli pasta. I took twice Branzino roasted sea bass for my main course. Agnello lamb chops are very good too!More

We wanted to check this place out which was highly recommended to us by our buddy Andrew ! We planned to drink (BYO) so I took a train 🚂 down, got off at Raffles Quay, walked along Boon Tat Street , pass lau pasat all...the way to gemil lane ! Place was quite quaint well decorated with Italian memorabilia with romantic lighting , though we were 6 guys ! We started with scallops topped with roe , moist and crunchy freshness ! Next the seafood 🦞 pasta was excellent with the right amount of texture and sauces that were not overpowering! Mains was beef 🥩 well roasted with even texture and moisture! We shared 3 deserts - pana cotta , tiramisu and chocolate fudge ! All were excellent ! Thanks to Chef Marco who came out to meet us together with Manager Ian, we had a delightful experience and will most certainly be back again with family and other friends !More

We came across this restaurant by chance when we were in the neighborhood. Definitely no regrets. We shared 3 starters, 2 pastas, 2 mains, 3 desserts and 1 bottle of wine for a party of 5, total cost S$579. Must try: prawn tartare, seared scallops...and eggplant starters. Lobster pasta and crab meat linguine, grilled octopus and roasted sea-bass. The best tiramisu we’ve ever had and the lemon cream with wild berries and the mandarin oranges panna cotta.More

It was fortuitous to have stumbled onto Guccio Ristorante in the Central Business District. The wait staff were disarmingly welcoming as customers streamed in and filled the restaurant on a Sunday evening. The menu was comprehensive with a manageable wine list. Our waitress helped us...order appropriate portions, alerting us we may have over-ordered as their servings were generous. The two of us shared two starters, one pasta and two separate fish main dishes. The swimmers were deliciously fresh, perfectly grilled, and accompanied by complementary vegetables. The meal could not have been more healthy, without compromising on delectability! The restaurant manager was accommodatingly hospitable, and engaged us in spirited conversation. If the food was pleasure to the palate and appealing to the sight, the interaction was invigorating to the spirit. It felt like a joyful celebration with friends who have known each other a whole lifetime. It certainly felt like a gregarious family gathering, unpretentious and enjoyable! When we left the restaurant, we were filled in our stomachs and our spirits! Guccio serves satisfying fare for the stomach and spirit.More

Booked on Wednesday for 7.30. Confirmed with us twice then they call at 6.00pm and say we can only give you a table outside. We say no as we booked for inside. The chef said come at 8.15 and I will give you a table...inside. It is now 9.02 and we are still standing waiting for a table!! On top of this we have been treated arrogantly and rudely by the chef himself. Disorganised, disrespectful and disappointing. Hard to believe that they treat a regular customer like this.More
