I was happy to see this stall at the Heritage Food Street at the basement of Raffles Hospital accessible from Victoria Street as well. They serve healthy organic food and get their organic produce from a local farm. I had the Hakka Lei Cha Rice...while my friend had the thunder tea kolomee. It was good. There are other food available in the menu. They do delivery as well.More

On the recommendation of a vendor on Arab St. we took a chance on this place. Now in the USA no one would ever even consider going to a hospital cafeteria unless you had to. Well, this place was amazing. It was one of a...dozen or so hawker type stands in the "Heritage Food Court" in the basement of Raffles Hospital. I have no idea of all the stands were of this quality but this place was some of the best food we had in Singapore. We tried the Curry Set and the another combination plate that had a green broth, I forget the name but it was a dish the stand is known for. Both meals were wonderful. All the vegetables grown by the stand, mostly organic. Everything tasted fresh and full of deep flavor. If I ever get back to Singapore, I'll return to this place!More

Get to know this stall through friend's recommendation. Yummy and healthy food reasonably priced. Friendly owner. I am not a mochi lover but the durian mochi has soft thin skin that is not too sweet and the durian filling is made from real durian fruit....The Kolomee is springy and the chilli is fantastic!More

It's a must-try if you're in Singapore! I tried the Lei Cha Rice, which is a traditional and authentic Singaporean dish served with Matcha. It was definitively something special and I totally loved it. Would immediately go there again. The servers were friendly as well...and the place looked very clean and hygienic. Also, it's great for vegans!More

I had the Mushroom Kolomee, Lei Cha Soup and off-menu Toufu cooked in the style of '猪脚醋' (Pig Trotter Vinegar). Yummilicious!!!! Food and portion is very value for money. The vegetables are extremely fresh. It's a family-run business and therefore, the dishes have a home-cooked...feel. The staff are friendly and if you are lucky, the chef and owner may have time to pop out from the kitchen and counter to have a friendly chat with you. Only set back is the tightness of the space. The chairs are bulky and when the tables are filled with customers, there is no room for manoeuvring. Overall, I had a satisfactory time there. Will bring friends along the next visit!More

Tried many thunder tea rice around Singapore. But this has got to be my favorite hands down! Incredibly fresh ingredients and every dish is cooked to perfection. Our favorite has got to be the clay pot tofu and of course their signature thunder tea rice!...Loved the hot lemongrass drink too. Highly recommended!More

Was recommended by a friend who told me the thunder tea rice is a must-try. The restaurant is situated along the popular food alley in Chinatown, a short 5 min walk from the Chinatown station. There aren't many places in Singapore that serve thunder tea...rice, and most that do aren't that great. This one is different. Very authentic taste, high quality ingredients; its hard to explain but there's a certain refinement to the dish. The soup that accompanies the rice bowl is one of the highlights. Reminds me of how my grandma used to cook it (I'm Hakka by the way). The owners are passionate about what they serve and this is truly a farm-to-table restaurant. I was skeptical at first but I had a brief chat with one of them and she confirmed that the ingredients are indeed sourced from their own farm here in Singapore! Overall, nice casual friendly ambience, great service, great food. Will be back for more!More
