I would like to say thank you to service crew Ratha for her heart-warming service and great recommendation.
Coming to Prive solo for my dinner, after a long day totally lost my mind to choose. With lots of questions on the Vegan choice on menu, I asked Ratha for her professional recommendation and comment. She patiently answered me and helped me to choose the main course. It was so delicious! and healthy!
From the moment I stepped into the restaurant , she attended every of my request with big smile and I feel so GREAT after a loooooooong day!
Thank Ratha and Prive for giving me such nice night for my dinner and time.

Visited for weekday lunch with a friend for her birthday. I had made the reservation online with remarks to have cake brought to the table at the end of the meal. Arrived a little early, table was ready and we were promptly seated. Staff was friendly and attentive and food arrived fast despite the restaurant being full. We ordered the Plant power breakfast and Impossible mini burgers and they were excellent. Coffee was great as usual and the Turmeric Ginger Soy Latte is a must try.
The slice of cake was brought to the table with a candle and sweet message and my friend was given a lovely card with the birthday picture. It was an unexpected surprise that made the meal really special. I would definitely visit again!

We went to Prive Paragon for a birthday lunch. We do these lunches annually over the past couple of decades.
It was the first time for all three of us to eat at Prive.
They have vegan friendly menus including cakes that are vegan and lactose intolerance friendly.
We had our main course and ordered for cakes and we asked if they have birthday candles which the server was very nice to arrange for that with lighter to light up the candle. The Manager came over with a instant camera to take a photo for us. The pleasant surprise was after 10mins, the server emerged with a birthday card with the photo attached. The birthday card had all the well wishes from the staff team!!!
It made my girlfriend so happy, she said this is the first time she had a birthday card from a restaurant and what's more with our photo in it.

Poor Service, Terrible Attitude, Bad Coffee
We’ve been here a few times for breakfast, but we’ve realised the service quality has dropped drastically.
The staff is rude, the use of tone make you want to go away.
When we try to explain our order, the inexperienced staff simply ignore us. He keeps saying there nothing they can do, and depending if they are free. Worse of all, he came to throw temper when we occupied nearby table. He basically openly and verbally challenged us for the table, when the restaurant is half empty. I can’t imagine who set the business culture.
As a restaurant owner myself, I would have fired him. I believe the staff is way lack of proper training for the F&B industry, in this economy, this place is a deep disappointment for breakfast experience.

Club sandwich served was cold and dry. I was told the chicken was meant to be served semi-cold, I don’t get it. The vanilla ice cream tasted weird, with a scent that the toddler finds it awful. Overall, disappointing food with no service recovery or compensation offered after I gave the feedback.

Visited the restaurant for a family dinner and was disappointed with the food quality and value. We ordered a Steak that cost S$28 and it came out looking like something that we can get from Astons with a portion of salad, fries and a piece of sirloin steak. There was no wow factor for the premium price paid. Another main course for the salmon, salmon flesh was hard, and accompanying vegetables (broccoli) seemed to had been a makeshift accompaniment.
Aside from the ambience, don't recommend visiting again.

Worst customer service ever. My friends and I just went there for a dinner celebration (for birthday, early xmas celeb & farewell) and we wanted to have a photo as a souvenir of that moment. We nicely asked the first waiter who came to us to deliver our orders (who turned out to be the manager we believe, his hair was pointed up and he’s wearing glasses) — and the response to us was “Really???” sounding extremely annoyed. I mean seriously there will always be nicer way to say things. He didn’t have to be rude, it’s not like we were eating there for free. We also won’t have any idea if he was exhausted or what as we were also busy chatting at our table.
Being nice would have been the least he can offer to us customers having to wait for our food for 45mins. We also ordered additional $4 topping for avocado and when the food arrived, there were just few small pieces of avocado (like around 1/8 of the whole usual small avocado). With all these, they never heard a single complaint from us.
He did took our photos a few minutes after what happened, but damage has been done. I have a clearer photo of the rude staff if you need it.
If you don’t like your job, please quit.. instead of spreading negative vibes to your customers.

Went for brunch, we ordered the eggs royale and the cooked breakfast. No complaints with the eggs royale , nice poached eggs and decent portion. The cooked breakfast was a let down though. First serving had cold fried eggs and missing both beans and bacon. So my wife ate and I waited for the new b fast promised. Second time around the eggs were fine but the beans were stone cold and the bacon portion was super small :(
I've had a few good meals here so was surprised at this poor effort.
Of course by the time the second b fast plate arrived my coffee was stone cold and my wife had almost finished her meal. No check on if it was ok or offer of a hot coffee to go along with my late food delivery ( total 40 mins wait).
I think they can do a lot better than I experienced today. Their Nasi Goreng is my fave so I'm hoping this was a one off bad day.

I was utilising my expired Prive gift vouchers (thank you to Dora Chia from Prive for the kind extension of the vouchers which expired due to covid restrictions).
The atmosphere was cosy and lovely indoors.
The manager on duty was professional and pleasant despite us using vouchers not as paying customers (sorta). He was constantly helping out to serve customers and prompt with serving us our food and other requests too!
The malay female service crew who came on shift in the late afternoon was friendly and genuine when we asked her for dessert recommendations! Her recommendations of the hazelnut praline cake and berries crumble were really delicious!
Special thanks for the head chef (im guessing) who came on shift arrive to help us prepare the hazelnut cake faster than expected despite we were informed that it was rather frozen and might need to wait quite awhile.
As i am not really the kind to draft in a lengthy compliment, i didnt manage to get their names!
Please convey my greatest appreciation to them on both me and my friend's behalf! They had made my friend's first visit to Prive a memorable and joyful one!
Prive is definitely one of my most favourite cafe-restaurants which serve quality food with excellent service!
I would definitely visit many times more!

The food came 30 mins after, not all of them came at the same time of course. The food portion decreased majorly, nothing was consistent with the service and other customers got served before us. I ordered the laksa because I know the one in Somerset and Chjimes were great for its value.
Never coming back here!

I like Prive because it’s accessible, but it’s really hit or miss. We ordered the satay, it should come with rice cakes. It came and there weren’t any rice cakes. I highlighted it to the staff, and they said that they’ll check with the kitchen. And then they came back to say that there’s no more rice cakes. And that’s that???
Rice cakes might be ornamental for some but there are people who look forward to eating them. It’s like ordering a burger and fries and then saying that they’re out of fries and I have to be happy with just the burger. Will come back for drinks but unlikely that I’ll eat here again.

I have been to Prive in Chimes and in Paragon. The outlet at Paragon really was in serious need of an overhaul as they practically got our entire order wrong, not once but twice! However the manager did come down and apologise for that and said the staff was new, but all in all I was pretty disappointed at the experience.
In Chimes however the service was excellent. Absolutely loved the Mexican salad. It was outstanding! Loved the Buddha bowl too. The Thai curry was the worst I’ve had, so don’t bother ordering it. The truffle fries were yumm and their cocktails and alcohol and ambience is perfect for a chilled out fun evening!!

It was a perfect spot for a quick coffee and croissant before my appointment at Mt Elizabeth Hospital this morning. The staff was very cheerful and nice. My husband even managed to make some work related calls as we were seated outdoor seating area where there was plenty of “social distances” between the tables and a low level of background noise. My croissant was nice and warm just the way I like it, and didn’t realise it was a vegan croissant! My husband said that the vegan sausage muffin was also very good. We both thought we should come here more often in the morning!

First, I would like to thank the reservation team who was flexible and understanding to accept my dinner reservation for 14 pax, especially on a public holiday. The staff was very professional and understanding to accommodate my request.
Second, I would like to thank amirtha and team for providing such a wonderful dining experience. Attentive to our group dietary requirement - vegan, vegetarian etc. Their attention to details and customer focus attitude and friendliness really makes a different and letting us have a great dining experience while celebrating our friends' birthday. Thank you!

Needed something light for my lunch and this place was on the way back to my hotel. I had the Club Sandwich. Lots of bread which had a really crust, so much so that I actually had a problem cutting it with my knife. Hardly any chicken and I’m sorry it’s not for me
