The 3 course set meal was very worth the money and they had a nice selection of craft beers and wines as well. Oysters were fresh and affordable as well. We had excellent service by Yip and Hao the entire night and nothing that we asked for was too much for them. Thank you!

Went for the Hello Kitty themed lunch at the Stamford Brasserie today with my husband! Loves the excellent service provided by Arleen whom made sure that our needs are taken care of. There was an incident that happened when we just got to our table and Arleen offered us another table but we were ok to stay at the original seats. She made sure to check on us to ensure that everything is OK. Food was good as we really enjoyed the wagyu burger and the dessert never disappoint. Will love to visit again. Only thing to improve is that the tables and chairs for couples are too near to ne another (quite uncomfortable) and the table is too small as we hardly have space after one main and one soup arrived. Other than that, I really enjoy the experience.

Dining at TSB on our first night in Singapore was an absolute delight. The food was delicious however the service was nothing short of exceptional. We were served by Subashini and Mala. They ensured we felt very welcomed and were attentive to the dietary needs of one of our group. We had some time before our tour the next afternoon and called in for a relaxing drink. Mala and Subashini welcomed us as if old friends and served drinks and nibbles with a friendly smile and were happy to chat and answer our questions about local culture. These ladies made our stay memorable, thank you.

Dining at Swissotel last night was a delightful experience from start to finish. As we walked in, we were warmly greeted with genuine smiles, setting a welcoming tone for the evening. The staff's attentiveness and prompt service, particularly Arleen, made us feel valued throughout our meal. Arleen took the time to introduce us to the menu and highlighted their specialties, guiding us through a culinary journey. The food itself was delicious, reflecting the quality and care put into each dish. Overall, it was a memorable dinner enhanced by exceptional service and flavorful cuisine.

We dined at TSB the first evening we arrived in Singapore. We are a ladies group of three that have the best time together, especially when travelling. I have some food allergies & Mala & Subashini were very accommodating in regards to my allergies & gave us exceptional service. We would often pop in to TSB for happy hour drinks before venturing out & it was great to learn about Singapore from these ladies. Mala & Subashini are an asset toTSB.

I came here to eat with my friends, but our English is not very good. The restaurant manager CK entertained us very warmly. The restaurant's Yeow was warm and polite. He introduced the menu to us in Chinese and recommended the signature dishes to us. We ordered steak and pork chop, and the taste was amazing. I will introduce my friends to this restaurant and I will come again.

If you're looking for a lively yet cozy spot to gather with friends in Singapore, look no further than The Stamford Brasserie! My recent visit was made absolutely stellar by the dynamic duo of servers, Arleen and CK. Even with the bustling atmosphere, their attentiveness and efficiency shone like polished cutlery.
The moment we walked in, Arleen greeted us with a warm smile that instantly put us at ease. She expertly navigated the drinks menu, offering insightful recommendations and patiently answering our questions. CK, meanwhile, moved with the grace of a seasoned pro, ensuring our drinks were always topped up and our table cleared swiftly. It felt like they could anticipate our every need before we even voiced them.
So, if you're looking for a place with fantastic food, a vibrant atmosphere, and service that shines brighter than the Singapore skyline, head to The Stamford Brasserie and ask for Arleen and CK. Trust me, they'll turn your meal into an unforgettable experience. 5 stars, hands down!

This brasserie has a very European charm to it and is equally comfortable for a lunch as well as for a mid morning coffee. I had both here today and was very happy with the service.
Lunch especially deserves a more detailed mention. I started with Seared Scallops with petit pois, pancetta & beurre monté. I have to say the scallops were super tender and the crispy pancetta was a perfect match for them. For main I ordered the Seared Halibut with braised fennel, white clams in a Amandine sauce. Again the fish was incredibly tender and went so well with the clams. I just drank a single glass of Australian Chardonnay with my meal and this too was spot on.
Having an incurable sweet tooth … I finished off with a totally yummy Hazelnut Cocoa Crunch.
I really enjoyed my lunch here and would recommend it whole heartedly. They are also open for breakfast and dinner too.

My family and I we love the ambience of the restaurant. Arleene served us that lunch and she made very good recommendations on the food and Excellent Service. She was very friendly and warm she definitely made our Lunch at the restaurant a joyous and memorable experience. For sure we are coming back again. 😍

We order their chicken wings with a very tasty dip. ordered half dozen of fresh oysters, duck confit and an order of Brioche toast. All their the food serves to us promptly. Thanks to Delbert, Jasper, Yeow Krishnu and Sasi for the excellent service rendered whenever we patronise the outlet. We simply love the food recommended and has been a frequent guest of Stamford Brasserie.

The Stamford Brasserie is a cool place for drinks & nice dinner. We were attended to by Ms Subashini who carries a smile always, attentive to our needs & responded promptly with our request. She made us felt very comfortable & we definitely will be back at TSB very soon.

We had dinner at the Brasserie three nights in a row as the food and service was so good. The duck was the best we'd ever had and we dine at many establishments. We received excellent service from Mala and Subashini over the 5 days we stayed at the Swissotel Stamford. They were friendly and attentive in a charming way which made us feel special. We thoroughly recommend the Stamford Brasserie.

Used to come here often before circuit breaker, first visit here this year, only difference is new service staff Shu Hui was exceptional. Guinness not as spectacular as before, food is still ok. Lookin forward to coming back here more often. Thanks for the great service
