Visited here for the first time earlier in the month. We had a cappuccino and an iced coffee. Nothing wrong with the coffee, but $15 is a lot to pay for 2 small coffees. Good ambience and friendly service. Just priced a bit too high.

Ordered Baristart on GrabFood delivery. Katsu Sando was extremely dry and tough. Can't believe it costs like $22 for that? Fries that came along with it were SUPER starchy and bland we had to add our own salt from home. Coffee was way too milky...and felt diluted. Super disappointed given the high ratings.More

Came here to try its coffee after reading that this chain is from Hokkaido, small cafe but with enough seating. Main thing here is the coffee that comes in unusual options such as latte with honey . There are some pasta, food items on its...menu too.More

The cafe is constantly bustling and my friend and i waited for around 20mins to be seated. We reached at roughly 1.30pm. It was well worth the wait though. The BIEI jersey milk coffee did not disappoint. The coffee was very smooth and the milk...was really rich and creamy. Never thought milk could taste this good! However i did find it abit pricey at $7.50. The cream puffs were also one of a kind. Its pretty huge unlike regular cream puffs. The puff had a crispy exterior and they were really generous with the cream as it was literally filled to the brim. Cream was not too jelat nor too sweet unlike the cream puffs i’ve had. We tried the berries waffle as well and that was good too. Will definitely come back again to try the other items on the menu!More

What I Love about this place is not only the coffee which uses Hokkaido milk (BIEL, fancy right? It’s just a special type of milk where cow is fed differently. ). The dessert is very delicate and the cafe is artsy.

After lunch my family walked to a back street, we spotted many young people entering and exiting a coffee shop on the Tras street near Tanjong Pagar mrt station. As we entered the shop, it’s crowded and the waiter was helpful in finding us 3...stools outside. We ordered a cup of Latte, a fruit pudding and a custard pudding. The price is in the range of S$7-10 or USD$5-8 for each item. This is about 30% more than the cafe or bakery chains but the portion, the rich yet smooth taste, and the overall experience is a much more memorable experience. Baristart coffee is certainly becoming my favorite place to take my friends to.More

2nd visit and it’s great tea latte & pasta. It doesn’t disappoint. We love the pasta and the t’xpresso latte without any sugar is really smooth and delicious.
