Very beautiful and tranquil place for weekday lunch (eatigo 50% off on all food, small bites, desserts. Only exclusion is drinks) , the garden oasis like setting was basked in natural light, and the extremely high ceiling extends all the way up to the roof. Space was bright and airy, and service staff were very sweet and accommodating too. Special mention to Selfa who was very kind and helped us to get a parking coupon from another restaurant when there were no more at her counter. Ordered Burrito bowl which came very nicely presented and ingredients were fresh and healthy. Tiger prawns hokkien mee was well seasoned and came with 5 fresh and well cooked tiger prawns. Not bland like some hotel renditions of local dishes, and the sambal chilli was very tangy and fresh too. Would like to come back again to try the high tea set.

Thoroughly enjoyed the high tea experience at Porter’s Bar with my two girlfriends to celebrate one of their birthday! The high tea set comes with a great selection of savoury and sweet pastries, free flow tea and coffee and ends off with ice-cream & waffles, macaroons & biscuits. Would like to specially commend the very lovely and friendly staff who were very attentive to our needs; Manager Jaq, Honey & Mikaela. We felt welcomed from start to end. It was also great for them to add a candle & Happy Birthday chocolate for us & assist with group photo taking to celebrate our friend’s birthday! Thank you team! Not forgetting we are in love with ambiance, real bird singing in the background and fresh flowers around. Will definitely be back to celebrate more milestones here!

Been inspired to dine in the gorgeous bird cage pavilion at Atrium Lounge when i saw it from the social media posts.
Once seated, we ordered our atas tea from TWG and it served in beautiful TWG crockeries. The cranberry jasmine tea scones are the first item to served, personally i prefer it more moist, however after i added some mascarpone cream on it, it taste better.
Our savouries and desserts are serve in the picnic basket! My girl friends love it and wants to bring it home :)
Must try items:
1. Smoked Wagyu Sliders
2. Forest Mushroom and Chicken Fricassee with Herb Crumbs
3. Potted chocolate plants
I'm not sweet tooth person however i must give credits to the wonderful pastry team who created such a beautiful dessert theme.
We love the attentive service from Honeyly and Chloe as well.
It is a pleasant place to indulge afternoon tea, will be back for their cocktails too!

Wow! The revamped area is a mirror image of the Pan Pacific Hotel or even better! The sofa were huge and luxurious, the ambience lighting were warm and the classical BGM just sets the mood right.
My wife and I was served by Vita and Selfa. We were absolutely impressed by the SQ-standard of service displayed by both of them. Volunteered to take photos for us, asked if the tea/coffee were great and want to make a change, asked if the food was great, explained through the different types of food that were on the plating. Kudos to both of them!
We ordered the high tea set ($48++ per pax). Had free flow TWG tea (Peppermint and Earl Grey). The food platter served in a picnic box was stunning, the savoury did well on tickling our taste buds, however the dessert were a tad too sweet for us, especially the chocolate ones. Price wise i would say its on the cheaper side as it is based on a good star hotel.
Overall our experience here is wonderful. I would be back again to try their ala carte menu and hopefully their service is still as professional! Once again good job for the wonderful service crew!

All the staff were attentive and provide great service. Greeted by Honeyly and she was helpful and nice. Bach was attentive and able to attend to our request promptly.
The afternoon tea set display is very pretty and worth the value. Food was great. Overall had a pleasant experience at the Atrium lounge.

We love the food and all the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Kudos to the Filipina Lady Manager and to her staff Thai Pretty Lady Ms. Vita, Russian Cute Lady Ms Anastasia and the courteous guy named Bach. All of them knows the menu very well and always checking on us if everything is fine and if we want more tea or coffee plus checking with us if the food we ordered taste good. Shoutout to the Chef as well bec we super love the Impossible Burger and the Roasted Chix with quinoa salad plus the Buko Pandan dessert with red bean and sago the best! We also love the ambience as it relaxes ur mind as u are surrounded by lush greeneries and birds chirping in their cage! Interior of the hotel of Parkroyal Marina Collection is absolutely stunning! We will be back for sure. Better to get Discovery Membership as got 15% discounts also on their dining.

My wife and I had an excellent lunch at the Atrium. The starters were tasty and well presented. Kueh peiti was richly flavoured with lobster. Wagyu sliders were tender and the mantou buns crunchy. Crab cutlets with chilli crab sauce were perfectly balanced in flavour. Garlic prawns with toast were as good as anywhere in Spain. And the lobster laksa was richly succulent. We even managed the sago gula melaka dessert by loosening the belt!!!
Excellent food was topped off by prompt and attentive service.
We'll be back with friends to explore the rest of the menu

This is my return visit for this high tea. We enjoyed the good mix of savoury and sweets served in a pretty vintage case. While the tea range is limited, the tea was premium from TWG. In addition, the ladies who picked up my phonecall prior to visit were very kind to accomodate to my request for a mini cake to congratulate my friend on her wedding. Raj was also very friendly and helped us with our photos against the beautiful interior. It was a pleasant experience overall, thanks to the staff, food and ambience. Recommended to visit (:

Good vegetarian/vegan options. Please call them and make reservation ahead so they can prepare vegetarian/vegan high tea.
Vita the waiter provided excellent hospitality! She showed us around the bar and also let us know what are the vegan/vegetarian option that we can eat.
While I was rushing back to room, I accidentally left my earphone behind, Vita went beyond her responsible and call to my room to let me know. Thank you so much.
I will definitely go back again!

It was our first time for high tea at Portsman bar and it was an enjoyable experience. Both service staff Vita and Selfa were pleasant, friendly and prompt to assist us. The high tea set had a good mix of savoury and sweets. We like how the chef took notice of our dietary restrictions and replaced some items to suit our taste. The surrounding environment was very nice and relaxing. The high tea experience was value for money and we would definitely visit again.

Was attracted by the renovated hotel layout, and decided to try out their picnic in a basket high tea. Was served by Mikaela and colleagues and they provided excellent service. 👍
The high tea was affordable ($48 per pax) and the food are pleasing to the eye and overall satisfying, quite filling as well. Can see their effort in plating.
There's limited selection of TWG teas but that is fine with us.
It is not easy to find the route to the place as there is no direction from Marina square. Therefore have to exit Marina square and enter the hotel from the main entrance.

The bad incident happened on my last day as a hotel guest at the property, at the atrium lounge with Anastasiia especially. I was at the atrium lounge around 4:30pm to order a takeaway. Selfa was attentive and took my order. Around 4:50pm, I came back to the restaurant to collect my order. Saw Anastasiia on the floor and had an eye contact but she just turn her back as though I was not there and did not come over to serve me and wasn't serving any other customers at that point as well. A guy server came over to assist after seeing that i wasn't attended to. Forgot his name but I think it was 4 letters and starts with C. The bill came out to be different from what i had expected. From the online menu on the official website, the price of Jim Beam White was at $110, the bill was $180. Was told by Anastasiia that it was the old pricing. After viewing the physical menu, it seems like there are 2 different prices, one at $180 and one at $110 for the same bottle. I decided to change to a different bottle and while waiting it was taking longer than expected. I wanted to settle my checkout as I was in a rush too, however it had dragged till 5:20pm and the bottle that I asked for wasn't even here. I asked for the bill to sign and to charge it to my room first so that I can settle the checkout and rush off after. Before i signed the bill, i did asked Selfa if they do have the Ballentine's that I changed to, which she mentioned that they have it and is packing it. I left the atrium lounge to the Front Desk counter to settle my bill. Hailey was settling my bill and had checked with the Atrium Lounge to settle the bill first. Then Anastasiia came over to the Front Desk to tell me that they don't have what the alcohol that I asked for. So what were they packing in the first place? Please also do a check on your staff attitude especially Anastasiia. I am there as a guest to stay and spend. I know I am not in a proper dress code that your restaurant has set, but I was only there for a takeaway. Treat every guest and customer the same otherwise just don't work in the service industry. There was still a lot of details which I have left out but I just want to say that I am not there to create any trouble but with such attitude, I simply cannot hold back the frustrations i have.
Anyway, thank you to the guy at atrium lounge who acknowledged my existence and Selfa who was kind and even served me a glass of water while I was waiting. Thanks Hailey at the Front Desk, heard that you were supposed to be off work already but was still serving me.

Yesterday I came to Atrium Lounge with my friend. The ambient was very nice. Vita, a lovely host, recommended us a hotdog promotion and helped us to choose cocktail to pair with it. It’s worth the price.

I received a call that there was a promotion for 3 glasses of martinis at $38++ with a rolling bar concept right at the comfort of your room. The bartender Michael stirred up 3 tasty glasses of martinis that were complimented with the hotel’s in-house grown flowers. I think this is a very good concept that I hope will be a mainstay way past CoVID. Looking forward to my next stay here.

Last time, we tried Chinese restaurant. It was fantastic experience. Came back again yesterday for afternoon with friend. The selection of food is too much sweets. We enjoyed ambiance and felt relaxed. Shout out some of heros such as Hotel Manager Mr. Damian Tan, Head Bartender Mr. Michael, service team Korean Lady (forgot the name). Love the cocktails here made by Michael. We will definitely come back soon.
