Don't wait for a special occasion, just book! If you can, grab seats at the counter to watch all the action in the kitchen. We went on a busy Saturday night and had such a fabulous evening being entertained by the incredible chefs, enjoying wonderful...food, and also the drinks pairings (champagne/white wine/red wine/madeira/a cocktail). We arrived at 6pm which seemed early, but we were happy with our choice as we didn't end up leaving until 9:30pm after all the courses/drinks. Looking forward to the next menu change so we can return and try some more creations. Thoroughly recommended!More

I have dined the twice - for the first and last time Wines totally overpriced and often poor quality with no sommelier guidance food often in sweetened jelly with rubber like sauces in the form of emulsions turbot on a bed of (of cold tasting...peas) totally salted and under steamed that one had to cut it with the knife I could comment on all dishes but simply leave it dessert creme frech in some small deep fried buns which tasted of old oil used for fires before Service, waiter poured wine from old glass into new one though we changed wines no attention when given critical feedback presentation of food though they definitely took an effort but they missed the story and overdone it or did not focus on the most important - quality of food I should have listened to one of my business friends who warned us before as he had the same experience Beware - high prices but poor qualityMore

Absolutely stunning meal combined with excellent service and a brilliant atmosphere ! From the pre-dinner drinks to our “ pills “ to take away - was easily one of the best experiences I have had dining in Singapore. Could not decide what I enjoyed most....Stand outs for me would be - Chilled tomato gelee, Wild mushroom tart, the most amazingly cooked Turbot and the random but completely delicious Sake for breakfast. We were very happy to be sat at the kitchen bar. The service was perfect, just enough but not too much combined with Chef Ayo‘s personal touch. Throughly recommend !!More

Wifey and I managed to persuade our 7-year-old to allow us to have a staycation. Off we went on Sunday night to stay at a cool boutique place on Seah Street, and then the next day have lunch at my likely favourite restaurant in Singapore,...Tippling Club. Wifey is a Tippling Club Virgin - so even more special to take her today. A new 11-course set tasting menu was the adventure. Plus accompanying that a new cocktail menu to boot. Chey Ryan was in the shop along with Chef Ayo & Chef Andrew. The Holy Trinity of Tippling Club was in the hood and they served up a foodie heaven - pleasing to the eye and palate with textures all over the place. Japanese influences are galore. It's just an incredible experience you must try. You will end up dining on the very best food, in the coolest of restaurants, an ambience to die for and accompanying drinks to ensure you leave the car behind and don't return to work that afternoon.More
