We passed this restaurant on Boat Quay on our way back to our hotel and decided to give it a go the following night. And we are so glad that we did. The food is simply amazing - creative and top quality - and better...than many Michelin-starred restaurants. The cocktails are really imaginative and really expertly made. The service was attentive and friendly without being intimidating, and the whole vibe was relaxed and as if you were part of the family. Super fun and super delicious. The staff were cheeky and helpful. Do try they house tequila, their award-winning chicken liver with mushroom on crunchy sablè, and angle hair pasta with truffle and scallops. Nom nom.

The best evening in singapore. The bay may seem daunting due to the waiters standing outside and ushering you into their restaurants, but JU95 is the best and only reason to come down here. We walked past this restaurant after eating up the bay, and...had a look at them menu. The restaurant seemed lovely and great atmosphere, so we booked for the next day. When we came in we were greeted with genuine hospitality that is rare to find anywhere else. The staff were quick to help us choose what we wanted and tailored our experience to us. the drinks were lovely, The “get high (ball)” cocktail that I had was lovely and one of the best I have had in my life. Out of all the dishes we had, every thing we had did not disappoint. It was luxurious. The atmosphere, the food, the staff, the evening was amazing. With only two days to spend in Singapore, you would be a fool to not come here.More

This is an amazing spot to go with family or friends. Amazing food, not a single dish we didn’t like! The staff were brilliant as well, making us feel welcomed and really boosting the atmosphere. A fine dining experience hidden in an izakaya? It almost felt like I had slipped into an alternate reality. The Omakase menu was filled with surprise over surprise, every dish as memorable and delectable as the last! Kudos to the Head Chef for his imaginative...re-interpretation of cuisines spanning east and west. Truly exceptional!More

Stumbled across this restaurant. Unlike others in the area they weren’t encouraging us to go in. It wasn’t over busy and seemed tranquil. Just what we needed after a day on our feet. We sat by the river and ordered the tiger prawns followed by...the grouper. Both were exceptional, the fish unbelievably fresh, but the real clincher was the miso Panna-cotta. It was out of this world, I asked the chef for the ingredients. This is not a cheap eat, but it won’t disappoint, the staff go out of their way to help you. It was a really great experience. Would definitely go again.More

We came upon the restaurant by chance and we’re glad we did. We just shared a small plate, a large plate, a salad and a desert and the food was exceptional. I would strongly recommend it. Everything was immaculately prepared, original, fresh and superbly prepared....I woul not hesitate to go back.More

Everything was great, from the recommendations, the service and of course the food too. Loved the parfait, pork jowl, baby squid Danabe and miso pana cotta . Will definitely revisit
