I went to One Prawn and Co for dinner with my friend at around 7, and the place was not too crowded, hence there was little/no waiting time. We got seats pretty quickly considering that it was a weekend. There were quite a selection of...prawn noodles available and I got the Tobiko Prawn Ball and Prawns set, while my friend got the Shabu Slice Pork and Prawns. The service was quite fast too, and we got our meal within 10 minutes of waiting. The portions were quite big, and very filling overall. I thoroughly enjoyed the prawn claypot - the broth was extremely flavorful, and the noodles were chewy and complemented the claypot broth quite well. The prawns were yummy, although slightly too overcooked to my liking, and the tobiko balls had a unique texture which was to me, OK. The noodles were garnished with vegetables, sambal, and bean sprouts, which added a refreshing crunch and zing to each bite. I ordered the water chestnut drink, which helped to ease the spiciness of the meal in general, and I would recommend it as a good pairing! The overall bill racked up to around 40 dollars for 2 people, which is generally not too pricey in my opinion. The place has general good hawker centre vibes, and the servers were really patient and nice. Personally, I enjoyed the meal, and it was a satisfying and food-coma inducing! One drawback is that the place is not too conveniently located and it might be slightly difficult to find it, but its worth a try if you are a big fan of prawn.More

Service was really good and staff were friendly. Served within 10 minutes. Broth is as stated, super GAO, can taste the prawn flavour. Nothing like the typical local hae mee. New signtature Claypot Hokkien Mee is another must try! Overall: very tasty and worthy of...its Michelin Bib Gourmand title.More

Super flavourful food! Loved the shabu and prawn here, not too fatty, but super rich in seafood umami flavour. It’s not overly spicy as well which is good, since you won’t feel your mouth burning. I really enjoyed the kuay teow as well. Springy and...chewy!More

Had their claypot hokkien mee, shabu shabu prawn soup and their tasting platter when we went. The soup was rich with the prawn flavors. The tasting platter was decent and together with the sauces provided, it was delicious. Lastly, felt that their claypot hokkien mee...could be more flavorful and only improved slightly after adding their sambal chilli. Slightly on the pricier side as well but considering the quality, it is worth it.More

Broth was flavourful and very different from your typical prawn noodles! It was an interesting experience that the prawns were served separately in a claypot. Ngoh hiang was fragrant with crispy skin. Only downside was we ordered two different types of prawns but both looked...the same.More

A place that let its food do the talking. Broth was gao and bursting with flavour, Prawns were fresh and succulent. With the choice of soup or dry, we went with soup and was surprised that the noodles and prawns came seperately with diff types...of broths which shows how dedicated they are to the prawn noodle experience. Ngoh hiang was enjoyable as its skin was crisp and fillings tasty.More

Tried the prawn and lala soup and it came in a claypot which managed to retain the heat very well! Was surprised that the soup was still warm even after finishing. Lala was sweet and prawns were nicely peeled. The star was definitely the rich...broth as there were many dimensions to it. I chose kway teow as my noodle and it was a generous serving. Also decided to order the ngoh hiang platter and it was plated beautifully. My favourite was definitely the ngoh hiang as it had huge chunks of water chestnut which gave the ngoh hiang different textures (crunchy, crispy and soft). Prawn cracker also had this wonderful “creamy” taste to it. Definitely recommend to all! :)More

One Prawn & Co. had an interesting selection of prawn noodles and side dishes. while it lies on the pricier side, the rich flavours of the broth and quality of food make up for it. We ordered the Ngoh Hiang tasting platter, which was filled...with a variety of crisp and tasty side dishes, as well as Tobiko Prawn Ball & Big Prawns. Overall, a tasty dinner that we thoroughly enjoyed.More
