I visted We Desi with my wife and i had a very awesome experience. The restaurant is situated in the heart of the city and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I visited during the happy hours and enjoyed the deals on the drinks. Since my wife is a vegetarian, we could enjoy the Indian vegetarian delicacies and the menu just seems endless. I would really recommend this restaurant to everyone visiting Singapore

Loved our meal here. Everything was instagram ready, so beautifully presented. Service was knowledgeable and helpful, and the menu was imaginative and enticing. There wasn’t anything we ordered that we didn’t love. The desserts were an unexpected delight!
We wished we had time to visit again before leaving Singapore. I have recommended it to all my friends.

A hidden gem ! Easy to reach within city centre. If you are after Indian food with "home" touch, this is the place.highly recommended tandoori lamb(goat) chops ! Juicy and melting mouth.
Very niche little place with intimate and cosy feel to it. Even my fussy kids ( 6 and 3 ) couldn't find any fault in food and went nuts for Mango lassi and miniature gulab jamuns.
Highly recommend the place !!

We visited this restaurant on our visit to Singapore for some take away food. And the taste and quality of food truly impressed us. Since we only eat vegetarian food, it was difficult for us ( my wife, my 1 year old daughter and myself) to find healthy, tasty and dependable veg food here. And WeDesi came to our rescue. We ended up getting our dinner from only this place every alternate day. Abhay and Saurabh, the dynamic duo who run the place are a delight to interact. They are warm, humble, wonderful to talk to and some of the friendliest people I have met on my entire tour. I wish them loads of success! And a huge thank you for being there to ensure we get great food!

The food was awesome and the service was incredible!!! Definitely recommend and will be back soon to eat some more! There were a lot of different options for everyone to choose from and enjoy and tons of both vegetarian and non vegetarian items! The pricing is also great. Definitely recommend!

We were a group of friends meeting after long. I am glad that we choose this location . Excellent food with awesome collection drinks and snacks ! Friendly ambience with good staff ! Chakhna (snacks) platter was unique and a must try .

Great experience!
We had the Schezwan momos, Vada pav, and chicken tikka with cutting chai. The food was wonderful and the staff was friendly. Highly recommended to visit.

We recently visited the place for a bday party of my brother in law . We had a wonderful time and very kind helping staff and well managed by Abhay who take care of each and every order . The food was awesome and we all enjoyed it from kids to adults. They were helpful for my kid too and all orders were on time and tasty . We loved the moms and panner was super soft ., Thhe dal tadka and jeera was perfect match along with bread basket and panner gravy . The desert were of surprise with mini gulab jamoons in a cute glass bowl and also the mango pudding was perfect . We all enjoyed the food and place and you made it an enjoyable night for us . Thanks Abhay will come again .

Best North Indian tikkas handsdown. We had the chicken, paneer and burra kebab. It nested near Nicoll Highway, and a quiet cosy spot for a relaxed evening out.

'We-Desi' is by far the best and most favourite place for my family. The decor is quirky, very cozy, with intimate lighting. The environment is casual yet sophisticated. It is sooo inviting and we immediately felt comfortable. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly service. The staff are lovely and can help with customizing the menu. The price is very reasonable too.
The menu offers a wide variety of mouth-watering starters and small-platters. They are all so yumm that we had to come over a second time to try the main dishes. Our highlight is the mini pav bahjji burgers in the small-platters. In a country like singapore where vegetarian burgers are hard to come by, these are such an exquisite alternative. There are options for kids who do not prefer typical Indian food. They have Nachos, Pizzas and cheese bites which are all in all mouth watering.
Their main dishes are all quite filling. As a family of vegetarians, We can defintiely recommend the Kabuli channa Biriyani and Dal Bukhara as our all time favourites.
If you are an Indian, the Masala / Cutting Chai is a must have. This is the most authentic Chai we have had in Singapore.
Deserts - We recommend to get a bite of everything available.
This is not your “run of the mill” Indian food. Everything is cooked fresh and you can taste the difference in comparison to some other restaurants. The dishes had the warmth that speaks to your soul. The taste feels like home. The chefs takes great care in selecting the best quality ingredients. Aditi or Jaspreet (who run the restaurant) are always around, checking on guests and willing to exchange some kind words with all her clients.
The restraunt feels more like visiting the house of someone you know. By far the best Indian restaurant in the city.
