I had the pleasure of dining at the Eden restaurant in Pullman Orchard on Sunday 15 October 2023, and I wanted to share my exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Ms. Chun Yan. Her warm and welcoming demeanor added a personal touch to our dining experience that truly stood out.
From the moment we walked in, Ms. Chun Yan made us feel right at home. She took great care of our orders, ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for our dining enjoyment were remarkable. Ms. Chun Yan's professionalism and hospitality created an atmosphere that made our meal not just a simple meal but a joyful and memorable experience.
I look forward to returning to Eden restaurant, knowing that Ms. Chun Yan will be there to make our dining experience exceptional once again. See you guys maybe next month? haha.

Saw a TikTok recommendation video about Eden restaurant, so my mom and I decided to check it out. To start with, the restaurant has a very nice environment, the overall view and atmosphere were brilliant, despite of the weather being cloudy. The staffs at Eden were very friendly and professional. Especially Gareth, he recommended a delicious stir fried vegetables after knowing that we were looking for some cooked vegetables. The Asian fish soup is a must try dish. The fish is tender, together with the soup, it tastes awesome! We also had a steak and chicken to share, the meat was juicy and tender. Words cannot help describe my excitement at Eden, you must try it out!

The team at Pullman did an amazing job at making us feel at home. They were extremely flexible with the way we wanted our menu to be for a large group of people and throughout the whole discussion, they followed up with every single detail required.
During the dinner, they had personalized place cards for us and the service was impeccable. These are details that I really appreciate. A huge thank you to the team!

My family and I were really looking forward to the brunch at Eden Restaurant at Pullman Singapore Orchard in collaboration with Meatsmith.
The menu looked appealing and there was a good vibe - albeit a bit loud - with a live DJ.
The start was a bit confusing with the waiter not explaining properly the flow of the brunch and with the drinks order taken only several minutes after our food order. When we asked for non-alcoholic drinks for our children, we were presented the bar mocktail menu and offered no other alternatives.
And, then, the wait started… No bread or appetizers for close to 45min! By then, two staff had dropped by our table to tell us that the food was delayed. Only when we expressed our frustration the second time, did we get served side dishes.
A manager came to apologize that “there was a delay as all tables came at the same time” and offered another round of beverages, which we declined.
The food was very good, with the corn bread being the winner.
Again, while there was plenty of wait staff around, we had to flag for desserts.
The disappointment carried on when, at the time of payment, I asked to use Kris+ but the server said I could not, despite this restaurant being advertised as a Kris+ partner and signs at the entrance that Kris+ was available to earn miles.
I appreciated the discount extended to Accor Plus members and the manager touching base with us as we were departing but, until the service issues are ironed out, we will not come back.

I recently had breakfast at The Eden in Pullman Orchard Hotel, and it was a delightful start to the day. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy, providing a relaxing space to enjoy the morning.
The buffet spread, while not as expansive as some hotels like Hilton Orchard or Marriott Tang Plaza, offered everything you could want and focused on doing it well without the excess. At $28++ with a 25% discount for Accor Plus members, it’s excellent value for money. The selection included classic options like bacon, sausages, cereals, dim sum, and Indian dishes, as well as unique touches like mee rebus, smoked salmon, and hummus (not eaten in that order!).
The mee rebus was the highlight for me. It’s not a common buffet item, but it was executed so well that it transported me to the taste of famous hawker stalls from Sims Place, Geylang Bahru, or Eunos. The thick, almost goopy sauce—just as it should be—coated the blanched egg noodles and bean sprouts perfectly. As the water from the noodles mixed in, it created a luscious, slightly spicy, and sweet sauce with every bite. The hint of fermented beans added an extra layer of flavor. I enjoyed it so much that I went back for seconds! I contemplated coming back another time just to review their laksa! (The types of noodles offered are on rotation).
They also had a good selection of fresh juices, including beetroot, watermelon, apple, and cranberry (some freshly juiced), alongside four types of milk: oat, full cream, soy, and low-fat. The coffee, a blend called “22 Martin,” was aromatic and full-bodied, though slightly more acidic than I prefer. Still, it paired well with the meal.
The staff at The Eden were friendly and attentive. When I asked for olive oil, it was already on the table by the time I returned from my second round—a thoughtful touch that really stood out.
While I missed having eggs Benedict on the menu, the overall experience was excellent. This is a breakfast experience I’ll be returning to—great food, thoughtful details, and a price point that’s hard to beat especially with Accor Plus membership.

I came by Eden restaurant today and was warmly welcomed by the host and was seated promptly upon registering my walk in. I was served by the server, Kai Xin. It was my first time here so I asked her for recommendations of dishes. She recommended me her favorite mains, Salmon. I took on her recommendation and she also recommended me to try out their garlic fried rice. I would say she has an incredible taste bud as the dish was really nice and I did not regret my choice! Salmon was perfect doneness and I really had a great time enjoying the food. After my dinner I was having some talks with Kai Xin. She is a bubbly girl with a heartwarming smile. She has her smile on her face every time she serves me. It was definitely an amazing experience for me and will definitely come back for Kai Xin excellent service.

Superlative service at Eden Restaurant Pullman hotel Singapore
Nothing but outstanding service and wonderful ambience. My friends and I were at Eden restaurant at Pullman hotel Singapore to celebrate one of our birthdays. Eden staff Wani and Yan made our time such an outstanding experience with their warmth and genuine eagerness to please with recommendations, going out of their way to correct any perceived flaw such as the lemongrass drink being sonewhat weak. In addition to a slice of absolutely delicious chocolate cake for the birthday girl, a birthday card prepared in Wani’s beautiful handwriting was presented. We were happy with the food recommended which included crab cakes, penyet potato, pork, pandan tart.. And just when we thought such service could not be topped, I received a call informing me that we had left a Pink bag. When my friend went back to get her bag, Wani was at the lobby to meet her. Surprise upon surprise, I cannot help but gush over such superlative service!

Very nice dinner for 2. We ordered papaya salad, crab cakes, beef rendang and salmon with garlic rice. Everything was tasty and well presented and service was 5 star. Special shout out to Gareth whose attentiveness to us made the evening memorable. He also presented us a complimentary chocolate cake to complete the evening. We hope next year.

We were seated at a 8 person table. However, two sets of cutlery were missing and took a long time to come. After that, the food took an exceptionally long time to come and the whole family was disappointed.

Highly disapointing & unsatisfactory dinner. We ordered pork, chicken, fish, pasta. Meats were dry, hard & bland in an attempt to appear healthy but fusion-ecclectic. Service very slow, forgetting basic requests for more water. Worst of all, we left still hungry. At the price level and lousy experience, certainly not incline to return.

TL/DR - Don’t bother making a reservation or coming to celebrate any occasions (it doesn’t matter!)
1. The restaurant did not recognise the reservation, which was made on the ACCOR PLUS website. On inquiry, the front of house mentioned that there was a system error which prevented them from accessing reservation details. What’s the point of making a reservation then?
2. It was indicated in the reservation that was a birthday dinner that we were celebrating, but alas nothing was done because the restaurant didn’t even recognise the reservation. If you’re hoping to celebrate a special occasion, I would advise against this - try other Accor Plus restaurants instead and avoid Pullman Orchard & Eden.

We had an exceptional dining experience at Eden Restaurant in Pulman Hotels. The atmosphere was inviting and elegant, setting the stage for a memorable evening. The highlight of our visit was the impeccable service provided by Mr. Veeran. His attentiveness and knowledge about the menu truly enhanced our dining adventure. The dishes were a delightful fusion of flavors, beautifully presented and made with the finest ingredients. From start to finish, our time at Eden was a culinary journey we won't soon forget. We highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking a top-notch dining experience.

The breakfast opens early at 6:30. The food is delicious, nutritious and has variety. It is a little repetitive because the food didn't change at all over 4 breakfasts, but the quality is very good. I really enjoyed the muesli and the congee. All the staff were very attentive and gave great service!
