Definitely the best experience for Italian pizza.
Tried the wood fire bread. It’s freshly from the oven. When it was served, the staff will bring a scissor over and help to cut open the bread. There will be smoke escape from the bread. It’s so soft and chewy. With the rosemary smell that really opens the appetite.
Have it together with the chilli oil( can request the owner for it if not offered.) it added more flavours into the simple pleasures.
The burrata cheese is soft and creamy. It has a little chilli sauce on it and it’s a very unique experience for the burrata cheese as it really goes beyond imagination.
The 1000 layer lasagna is a hit. Beyond tradition that it is made with pistachio sauce and dressing. Initially thought it will be purely just pistachio taste, it was a surprise that the cheese can stretch for super long. The ham in it is smoky taste and it’s great.
The prosciutto Ricola pizza is amazing too. The pistachio in it tastes completely with the lasagna. The Parma is good and fresh. Not too salty.
The tiramisu is amazing. The cream is super soft and smooth. Made from super good quality base.
The environment of the restaurant super friendly and chill. Owner will dance with the staff randomly and the staff able to make super good recommendations for first time diners.
Their smile are really from passion about what they do.

Visited Fortuna with friends for a birthday dinner and it was fantastic from the get-go. As soon as we walked in, we felt the warm welcome. We tried a few dishes, and the ones that really stole the show were the Maltagliati Pasta, Not Just a 4 Cheeses Pizza, and Burrata with Bread. And let’s not forget the refreshing Aperol Spritz!
Egon and Alessandra were amazing hosts. They frequently checked in on us, making sure we were having a good time, and even stopped for some friendly chats. What's more, Alessandra brought out some homemade Italian chili sauce to pair with our Burrata and Bread, which was a nice touch.
The highlight was when they found out it was my birthday—the team at Fortuna surprised me with a birthday song. It was such a sweet and heartwarming gesture that made us feel like we were among friends.
Overall, the experience was delightful with a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food that felt like home. I’d definitely recommend Fortuna to anyone craving Italian food or looking for a welcoming dining spot in Tanjong Pagar!

Very nice and welcoming location, helpful staff attentive to customer needs and never intrusive. Excellent quality of raw materials. Everything is mouth-watering. If you are near Singapore you should definitely go and try this new restaurant. We opted for 2 starters, 1 first course, 1 pizza and 1 dessert, the yolk accompanied by a draft beer. Nel piatto non è rimasto nulla! Definitely before leaving Si valore we will return to try other dishes. Semplicemente buonissimo!
