Had a fantabulos dinner at Estitorio Milos @ MBS (opened 7 weeks ago); the ambience; decor and brightly lit restaurantwas great as some restaurants tend to have their lights dimmed where you cant even read the menus but not at Milos. So the food was great and fresh especially the seafood that comes from all over the world; we had the fish (expensive though); prawns (equally expensive) but deliciously well grilled and cooked; the octupous (this is a must try item); rib eye steak (nicely done) also we like their warm bread coupled with their "My Sister's" Extra Virgin Oil - spot on - unfortunately they dont sell this otherwise we would buy from them as we understand it is specially made for them by the sister of the owner of the restaurant! The service was impeccable and especially thanks to Amiel who reommended the dishes for us and Thedy who is s o attentive to our needs (there were 3 of us) - also kudos to Giuseppe, GM who took time to have a quick chat....anyone who love or like to try Greek cuisine - please give this a try - they have private rooms as well and what i like about as well is that the tables are not arranged too closely so that is a plus point Thank you Amiel, Thedy and Giuseppe for making our dinner at Estiatorio Milos memorable :) ps: a small footnote (the prices are a bit steep) but hey, this is fine dining cuisine and the seafood is really fresh and I like to think its value for money (lol) but truly once in awhile just splurge..this is a very unique dinning experience :)

Had dinner at Milos. The starters of the Greek Spread had three great dips and hot pita bread which I appreciated. The tomatoes for the tomato salad were juicy and delicious and the tomatoes were really fresh. For mains we ordered a grilled fish that cost $195 per kg. We ordered grilled vegetables and grilled asparagus with the main. Surprisingly, the asparagus came with the appetizers and our server explained that it was a mistake. He was good enough to bring us a fresh plate with the fish so I appreciated the gesture. The fish was deboned and filleted well but it needed a sauce. It cried for a sauce and as we passed other diners, we noted they did have side sauces with their fish so wondering whether this was missed out for us or the fish we ordered just came plain and grilled. The prices were on the high side but we enjoyed the dinner and service and the restaurant had a really great vibe.

As first-time visitors to a Greek restaurant, my family and I were unsure of what and how to order. We were grateful that Thedy, our fantastic server, asked if we were attending the theatre show and then recommended dishes from appetizers to dessert. We truly enjoyed the meal without feeling rushed to make it to the show. The service was top-notch—kudos to Thedy and Matthew! The food was excellent, and you could really feel that you were getting great value for your money!

This place absolutely not worth the money they ask. The food is decent - similar to what you can find at other Greek places, but… nothing special at all. And with the price tag they ask you should expect something special… The price is ridiculously high for this kind of food and the service is very slow and bad - we had to wait 40 minutes to get our fish done. The atmosphere is decent, but again nothing particularly special. There’s plenty of much better options in Singapore - either with much better food for the same price or same food with much lower price tag - explore those instead. In a nutshell: very average, but absolutely not worth the money.

Upon entry, there were friendly smiles at every turn. Our eyes feasted on the great range of fresh produce (e.g. gorgeous-looking asparagus) and seafood on display. So we were primed for a good meal. It was fun picking out the fresh fish for our main dish. I chose the balada (such huge eyes!), and it weighed just under 1kg at 852g. We also had to have the huge asparagus - it just looked so green and inviting! Highlights of our meal were the very well-presented Loup de Mer (it’s sea bass ceviche; nothing to do with wolves!), the skillfully-prepared charcoal-broiled Mediterranean Octopus, the crunchy asparagus, and of course, the grilled Balada. The only thing that underwhelmed a little was (surprisingly) the “Milo’s Special”, which was a visually pleasing little tower of fried slices of zucchinis and eggplants, with Saganaki cheese and tzatziki. There was a bit of fanfare cutting into it, and the thinly sliced fried pieces resembled crisps. It was a tasty appetiser but too filling. It would have been perfect for a group of maybe four diners to share, but for two people, it was way too much. We much preferred the lighter dishes of ceviche, asparagus and also the octopus, before digging into our main, the gorgeous balada. Although we were really stuffed, I wanted to try a dessert. Alas the sorbets weren’t available, so we had the Greek yogurt ice cream, which was a nice way to complete such a wonderful meal. The dessert was surprisingly complimentary, simply because the server had forgotten to add lemon slices to our sparkling water. Talk about being “on the ball”or on one’s toes! Bravo! We really enjoyed the entire dining experience. The food was superb. The decor was simple yet elegant. The atmosphere was lively, with staff who were clearly eager to please and impress (and they certainly did!). It’s a really auspicious start for this brand new restaurant. We will return! 4.8/5

Estiatorio Milos, Marina Bay Sands, the shoppes Going Greek, Mediterranean, was the goal, and I was fortunate enough to be invited by my close friend. The restaurant not only looked inviting with its very Greek/Mediterranean touches, whites, some blue behind the very open and spacious kitchen, but it was good to see it fully occupied during lunch hour! What really struck me was the excellent kitchen workflow design, as a Guest one can totally be part of the experience and watch the chefs not only prepare some outstanding food, but interact with them, speak to them, get info on ingredients & preparations etc. The front of the kitchen counter was loaded with freshest ingredients and especially the seafood stood out, but also the vegetables section, fresh herbs truly got my gastro juices flowing! The overall ambience of the room was bright, with a view to the MBS shopping courtyard! White table cloth, but hard floors, so a tad noisy! We made some great menu choices, and those that know me well, are aware that immediately what caught my eye was the Greek Spreads platter, I always love these Mezze style appetisers especially when accompanied by the perfect bread! Loved the way the Bread and Olive oil were presented, the Oil ordered on Milos specifications from Greece, the bread home baked, I could never get enough of this, the Server came to the table to add that special touch of snipping fresh Oregano from pot into the oil, of course we had to have some sea salt crystals with it, just yummy! We decided to further order some Cabanero Prawns, of Maroccan origin, which where prepared & grilled to perfection, outstanding quality as a 2nd course My dining buddy ordered for mains, the Bug Eyed Tuna, and this sashimi grade Tuna looked perfectly cooked, accompanied by Organic Beets and Scordalia! He mentioned it was perfect! As for myself, eating Greek I felt like having Lamb! The menu said Milk fed Baby Lamb Chops, Greek style fries with Tzatziki, perfect fries and the Tzatziki , but the chops were cut too thin so couldn’t really get them medium rare as I wanted, overall taste good, but the chops not overly impressive! As beverage I ordered the Paros Brewing Pilsner, which was perfect for lunch! Overall a great experience, make sure you are not too much on a budget, but what we got served was definitely worth it in my eyes! Enjoy, and visit if you get a chance! #singapore #foodsg #sgfoodie #sgfoodporn #gourmet #cuisine #foodagram #foodaddict #SGfood #sgfoodstagram #sglifestylesingapore #MBS #marinabaysands #estiatoriomilos

Estiatorio Milos, located at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, is renowned for its exceptional Greek cuisine and fresh seafood. The restaurant’s service staff (Rose & Joleen) are attentive and prompt, enhancing the dining experience. The staff’s expertise also helped to select the right size of fish for us. They are also helpful in assisting guests with taking photos, adding a personal touch to the service. The seafood is flown in fresh from the Aegean, ensuring great taste and quality. Signature dishes include the Milos Special, a tower of crispy zucchini and eggplant, and the a whole Balada fish grilled to perfection. The restaurant’s ambiance reflects Greek architecture, providing an elegant dining setting. Overall, Estiatorio Milos offers a memorable dining experience with its combination of attentive service, fresh seafood, and authentic Greek flavors.

It’s a great experience to have dinner at this restaurant. I love the ambiance, and the service was excellent from the moment we were welcomed at the door to the attentive service at our table. We were served by Mr. Amiel, who was cheerful and took the time to explain the dishes, how they were cooked, and the ingredients used. He also helped us select the fish and recommended the best options to order. We had the lobster pasta and snapper salt, and everything was super delicious. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back again

The place to be in Singapore for Greek food. 1st class ambience , 1st class service and 1st class freshness and variety of seafood and vegetables. The staff will even brief you on the history of the food and the source of their produce. Worth the trip here for a gastronomic museum trip. Say hello to Christos, Maricel, Liz or Amile and many others I can’t recall and yes the executive chef Fotis. They will make you feel at home . Enjoy

This Greek restaurant opened recently in Singapore and I tried it for lunch and for dinner. The big draw is the fish marketplace, where fish and seafood from the Mediterranean is flown in and displayed for your selection to be either salt-baked, fried or grilled. They have different types of fish like Sea Bream, Bass, etc. They also have giant Carabinero prawns (over S$400 per kg!). They also have salmon, tuna and lobster which are not from the Mediterranean. For lunch we had the set which is 3 courses for $68 and one of the options for mains is a grilled fish. For dinner we tried the Milos special (thinly sliced zucchini and brinjal fried and served with a garlic yogurt dip and fried cheese), the grilled octopus and a lobster with pasta (tomato and lobster bisque sauce). Everything was really delicious and portions are huge. The Milos Special was an outstanding appetiser. The waiter said everything was meant for sharing. For dessert we had baklava (great), walnut cake (delicious but dense) and lemon sorbet. Finally, do not miss the bread which is toasty warm and served with olive oil into which fresh oregano is cut. Highly recommend!

The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring every detail was taken care of. Their Milos Special, a lightly fried zucchini and eggplant, was a delightful mix of crispy and flavorful. The Dover sole was exceptionally fresh and delicious, cooked to perfection and leaving a lasting impression.

The staff are well trained to recommend dishes for us who are first timers. Rose recommended grilled Fagri fish to go with Horta, a simple side dish that is good to have in summer. Fish is well grilled.Simple, healthy yet tasty. Will be back to try other signature dishes.

The restaurant is amazing if you are a big fish lover. It is a Greek restaurant however I didn’t get the feel that the menu had a lot of Greek specialities. We have the Moroccan prawns to start which were massive and very expensive and turbot for our main course. The choice of wines was extensive and the sommelier was very knowledgable. Friends had the filet steak which was like butter and melted in your mouth. I would highly recommend this restaurant
