The restaurant was not very visible as the signage was at the side and the building looked like another university building. Upon closer inspection, was pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant there. Went for a visit and am pleased with the service and food even though they are low on service staff. Will go again.

I spent two weeks at Changi City and booked a room at Capri Fraser. I had breakfast every morning and really enjoyed the food selection, the atmosphere, but mostly the staff. Mike was in charge of the breakfast service, and I found him to be very professional and attentive. After a couple a days, Mike knew what I was looking for and preceded me in asking me if I wanted "two eggs over medium". Mike and his collaborators are consummate professional. Mike is very relatable, friendly and respectful. I highly recommend him for a career in the hospitality business. Thank you Mike for making my mornings start on a positive note. Good luck!

Stayed here for almost 4 weeks, and enjoyed the breakfast at this restaurant every morning. Environment is great, food is good and with variety, Furthermore, always happy ( or kind of expecting ) to see Mike's smile, the most experienced service team member, when entering the restaurant to start my day. Felt like at home with his suitable and professional services. Shall come back soon!!

Very nice first experience. The place was with less than 2 dozen guests for Sunday lunch and was intimate and cosy. The atmosphere is very pleasant for small groups. We were served by Khairul and Kay, and both are very friendly, attentive, and cheerful. The spread is not extensive, but enough selections and the food are fresh! It's worth a visit for a small group gathering.

I had the opportunity to have breakfast here and Mr Mike took good care of me. The customer care and friendliness were excellent. I felt very warm. Thank you very much Mr Mike and cosmo bar.

Great location. Great staff. Good spread of food. Quality Japanese coffee from Automatic coffee machines. Variety and quality. Thumbs up. Mike the Service Team member took good care of us and kept us company. Great guy with experience working overseas.

The bar truly stands out with its vibrant atmosphere and great music. The drinks are beautifully crafted, especially the cocktails, which are diverse and creative. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to suggest suitable drinks. Definitely worth the experience!

I spent 4 weeks at this hotel and found the staff to be really friendly.My breakfast was excellent and Mike (service team member) made it a most enjoyable experience with his warm approach and professional attitude, which made you feel at ease throughout breakfast,a great start to the day.

Great place! Had a dinner there a couple of times after a busy day at the Expo. Kay was so friendly, and helped me figure out some vegetarian options. Food was delicious!
