excellent coffee, and choice of beans. The owner's complete obsession with coffee makes this a happy, happy place in the west of Singapore. Food is great, go for the smashed avocado. Perfect retreat for any one needing a little Antipodean pickmeup in the tropics.

Thank you - it is SO GREAT to read a lengthy raving review like yours. That enthusiasm is catchy and my staff will surely appreciate that they were recognised and appreciated. I'm sharing this with them!

It was an unexpected lunch stop and I'm glad we did. Interesting menu would like to come back and try mor. Excellent coffee and the steak sandwich was really good if not a little too big for lunch. Quirky decor and really friendly staff. Would...More

On a weekend to prevent them being busy, they cant make an omelette. All the staff discussed it for longer the time to make and omelet and then they decided not to.

Long taxi ride on the back of good reviews but coffee lacked depth. Good crema but missing flavor and mouth feel. Lunch was really disappointing - poor quality bread and rib eye that was tasteless made my steak sandwich not good value at $21 Sgd.

I visited with friends and their teenage children. Great brunch (The Hulk is avocado and feta smashed together on toast) and excellent coffee. Friendly staff who were chatty and positive. Nice atmosphere.

Jimmy Monkey cafe is definitely a great place to spend some time chatting away with friends or your loved one on a great weekend. Price are slightly steep but justifiable on the quality and service. #foodingsingapore

Description
Nestled in the lush greenery of one-north, built within historic old army barracks, Jimmy Monkey is certainly a gem sparkling in nature. The décor at jimmy monkey boasts of raw and deconstructed elegance. Exposed beams and brickwork of the old original army barracks against new age furniture and equipment set the atmosphere of rustic urbanization. The visual spectacle of coffee beans roasted, ground and made into a fresh cup of coffee can be observed at the Barista’s Bench, as trained baristas will pull shot after shot from the SlayerTM.Grab scrumptious brunch on the weekends, or lazy morning breakfasts in the weekdays. Delectable lunch and dinner served everyday too. Kick back, unwind, surf - all with your beverage of choice: coffee, tea, some wine and beer.
