We had our company’s annual lunch at RISE, it was a fantastic experience. The staff were attentive and friendly, the quality and variety of the food made it great value for money. Overall had a wonderful time at RISE and would definitely recommend RISE.

As a buffet, it is undoubtedly one of the best we have eaten at, although it is not a concept that we like too much. However, we decided to try it as it is one of the highest-rated restaurants in Singapore. The problem we found is that the quality of several dishes does not reach the level we anticipated. It is true that you can eat a lot of variety and a lot, but the meats, seafood, sashimis... are one point below what we expected to find. You can eat better in other places. The strong point of this place is that they have all kinds of foods. For all this, the quality-price ratio is a little low. We paid about 85SGD per person, a bit high price for the quality offered.

A very good restaurant with a wide selection of food and drinks, and the seafood is very fresh, such as lobster and Alaskan crab. Thank you to Arlene and Morgan who served our seats. They are very professional and have the feel of tableside service. They will help you choose alcoholic beverages or provide various teas and coffees. Of course, dinner is still relatively expensive, and the price-performance ratio is a matter of opinion.

I had such a wonderful dining experience at your restaurant! The atmosphere was both elegant and welcoming, and every dish was beautifully prepared with great care and attention to detail.
A special shout-out to the host, Karen, and the staff—Nina, Thong, and Jessy—who were warm, professional, and truly made the whole experience feel extra special. It’s clear that your team takes great pride in what they do, and it made the evening unforgettable.

During our stay at MBS we tried dinner at the Rise restaurant on the ground floor. Excellent welcome but for more than 100 EUR per person excluding any buffet drinks. Only the champagne was very good at $110, as well as the macaroons from the dessert buffet. At the shellfish buffet everything was cold and the shrimp had no taste.

We stayed at Marina Bay Sands last night and had their buffet at Rise. The one where they tote endless lobsters, seafood, choice cuts of meat etc. let me tell you we travel, my husband is a chef and we know good food. We also live in Lake Tahoe located about 45 minutes from Reno casinos with buffets.
In December Rose restaurant charges $118 per person for their buffet plus $8 for a Coke and $10 for a hot chocolate on top of that.
The cold and overcooked lobsters are chewey, the “prime” cute of me happen to be a gristly prime rib. I can’t believe the woman cutting that actually served that to us. And then there was a ham, a turkey, and leg of lamb that was a bit overcooked.
Various other premade dishes and none were kept a a safety warm temperature. It is now about 12 hours since I had dinner and I can’t stay off the toilet.
Then you have your 40 different buffet desserts, which there are maybe 7-8 that are edible and not too weird.
The service was ok. I had asked our person for a cocktail menu three different times before I asked a man walking by who happened to be a manager for one. But then I saw the $25 price tag for a cocktail after I had seen the state of the buffet and I passed.
So for 3 of us with the included service fee it came out to $420. LO!!!
Huge waste of money for $30 casino buffet. Needless to say I won’t be back but I will be trying to find something to fix my upset bowels today.

Theme evenings included backyard barbecue. The barbequed food was precooked and ready to be served on warm platters. Not quite a spontaneous BBQ. Although they don't have any fresh oysters, they do offer baked ones. The usual goods at the cold seafood station were thick and crisp sashimi slices. Even the other meals was wonderful. Creating your own drink at the soda station is also a fascinating experience. After the discount and MBS membership offer, the price is $60 per person net at a five-star hotel, which is considered affordable! They provide fantastic service, and my favorite part is the dessert stand. Suggested for social and professional gatherings.

A great spot for family and friends! Sumptuous food, wide spread of choices and fresh seafood. One of the waiter (michael john) was very helpful and friendly in cleaning our food efficiently and very nice to recommend some tea and coffee after heavy meal. His friendly attitude is something that a restaurant needs, leaves us a very pleasant experience in RISE. Definitely will come again.

We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. When we told the staff, they were very welcoming and hospitable- seated us at a table with a nice view and surprised us with a free chocolate mousse cake. Throughout our dining period, they checked in with us regularly for whatever we needed but were discreet at the same time.
Now that we've covered the good service, it's time to review the food. There was a good range of dishes available for an international buffet. All the seafood and sashimi was fresh. The food display was arranged in a very appealing way and the dessert was exquisite.

Good place to have buffet and hang out. Although the price is costly, about $146 per adult but it's still worth it due to the atmosphere and food quality served. Customer service at its best.

We dined to celebrate our son’s birthday and the staff surprised the celebrant with birthday song and a cake. It was very sweet of everyone who came to the table and greeted us. Mitch and Janelle was lovely, making sure to check on us each time to ensure we are having a wonderful time. The manager on duty, Nina was warm and friendly, she was there to check on us. I love her smile. Thank you ladies for making it special for us.

The hostess with short hair was very friendly and did an excellent job. She called me by my name and even remembered that I had visited the buffet the day before, which made me feel special and welcomed. She gave me detailed directions to a place I was heading to, which was a bit far, and continued to address me by my name until our conversation ended. I was very grateful for this level of personalized service, which is quite rare in my country. I truly appreciated how she made me feel that way. Additionally, the chef with tattoos on both arms near the sushi corner was exceptionally attentive. Without me even asking, he noticed my needs just by reading my expression and quickly stepped in to help, showing me what true service really is. The chef at the meat corner was also friendly and provided detailed information about the food and sauces.
The staff member who made the coffee was also very friendly and kind, offering great assistance. They really helped make the experience even better.
It seems like the staff here have been very well-trained.
The thing I would suggest to improve is the bread toaster—it didn’t seem to work very well, and it was a bit inconvenient to use. Other than that, everything was excellent.
When I was ready to pay, I looked around but couldn’t find anyone available. It seemed like they might be a bit short-staffed. I even went all the way to the hostess desk, thinking that’s where I was supposed to pay. It felt like they could use a few more staff members to make the experience smoother.

Me and my friends had a fantastic lunch today at Rise Restaurant! Thank you to Janelle and Tong for providing us a very good service. They did not ask us to do this review but because of their awesome service I really decided to place a feedback for them. They are very consistent in clearing our plates and asking us for anything that we might need during our lunch. They made us a very nice cappuccino and iced latte. We are very pleased on their hospitality and smiling faces. Kudos also to the chef in the steak section for being so lively and cool while serving us the steak. Rise is really our favourite buffet restaurant in Singapore! 🇸🇬🇸🇬🇸🇬

A very nice place to have a meal with friends and families; spacious, bright environment and vibrant atmosphere. I had my lunch on the first day of CNY. Their food is fresh and generous, and the cny desserts were exotic and appealing.
However, needs to ensure teapots are in good condition (such as no crack and leaking) before serving to customers, especially it was CNY.
