I used to like Egg Dum Biriyani in this restaurant. So, i took 5 families to this restaurant. While ordering itself we clearly told that, we are all vegetarians and do not give any non-veg food. Ordered many stuffs. Received the food after a long...delay (they are famous for their delayed service). Couple of families started eating Kuthu Parata but suddenly noticed that, it is a non-vegetarian. When we checked the Menu card, it was not mentioned as 'Non-Vegetarian'. They dont have any shame to accept their mistakes and instead, they started taking the 'Kuthu Parata' from our Banana leaf and filling up back. Few other families (not with our group) were shell shocked by their attitude. They are arguing that, it is a Kerala restaurant and it is by default a non-vegetarian. If this is the case, it is better to mention as 'Non-Vegetarian'. After many arguments, we were intended to call police. But the owner finally said sorry. Another worst part is that, we stopped without eating anything and were about to leave. At that time, they served our ordered drinks. Surprisingly, they charged the amount for these drinks also. When we inquired, they said sorry and corrected the bill. Though, it was their mistake on Kuthu Parata on non-vegetarian, still they charged. If you are hungry or vegetarians, better to avoid this restaurant. Also, always make sure, you check the bills, as many noticed addition of 50 cents or a dollar for every food. If you are fond of Basmati rice biriyanis, then it is better to avoid, as many times, they will say, we dont have Basmati rice and instead they serve Kerala rice.More

This place had one of the best Onam Sadhya's I ever had. Food was delicious and just the right quantity for the price paid. They could have done well on managing the crowd during Onam as there was no social distancing and people were cutting...Queues to collect the pre-ordered Onam Sadhya. Management had very poor planning which led to very long queues and each order took forever to pack. Food wise no complaint but need to improve on their service levels.More

While I could give you my impression of the food, I think far more relevant to say that I was introduced to this restaurant by a friend from the Kerala region who chose it to introduce me to the food from his homeland.

If you want good Kerala food go to Premaas Cuisine. We tried their Kerala Thali along with fish Malabar, sardine fish fried and fish curry .This place is small and can be a bit crowded but worth the wait .We çab vouch that cusine is...authentic Kerala and well worth a second visit.More

This was a small busy place and the food we ordered arrived in a short time.The food was delicious and flavourful, served in a banana leaf, and consistently of the same taste and quality, as this was my third visit here. The waiter was polite...and we had a great night.Can't recommend this place enough.More

I am forced to give 1 star. Very bad attitude by service staff Worst food. Ugly ambiance Arrogant staff Should be awarded Worst restaurant in Singapore.
