Terrible Service, utterly disappointed. I brought a friend to the cafe as i used to order their tiramisu and it tasted good. We walked into the cafe at about 12:06pm as it was not ready for business at 12pm. We stood at the counter for...quite awhile as the 3 staff simply ignored our presence. When they are finally ready to serve, we were told that besides the Classico flavour, we would have to wait another 15mins for other flavours by the unfriendly staff. I decided to order just the Classico as I needed to rush off. My friend ordered the other flavour since she was ok to wait 15min. While waiting a lady (believed to be working in the cafe since she walked into the cashier counter) walked into the shop, and asked us to move to one side to wait instead. We could have unknowingly blocked the way, but we would have appreciated if that lady was more polite in her tone. After I placed my order, the staff did not pack it at all until a while later. She simply put it aside again when another customer walked in to order. In the end, the customer got her order first before me, and I only got mine at the same time with my friend. No apology at all, only unfriendly faces, as if I was begging them to sell me the cake. As for the quality of the cake, I have to say, honestly, the quality is definitely not as good as before. Will not step into this place ever again PS. The owner made an effort to reply to my feedback on google. And i just have one more point to highlight, my cake was not put back into the fridge when they mistakenly thought I would be leaving together with my friend as per owner's reply. It was simply left at the countertop, unattended. Thought I better let the owner know. Nevertheless, I appreciate the owner taking time to reply and address to this.More
