First visit to the restaurant. Food and environment are good. Nice background music and staff are friendly and patience to take our indecisive orders as too many dishes that we wanted to eat. Signature meehoon and chicken wings are awesome. Even the fries are tasty...too.More
A great little place that has been around for years. I use to frequent this place years ago. Work and travel took me away from this location till recently when I found myself back here again. I never use to come here for meals. Was...always drinks in the evening. I have since been for lunch here twice this month. Great sausages and the food is great. Even the Goulash soup which isn't really Goulash soup as you know it is tasty! Now that I have found it again I will be here a bit more. Habits change and while it used to be multiple drinks in the evening, it's now one drink with lunch. But works just as well. 👍More
As far as I'm concerned, Brauhaus is the best pub in Singapore. I have been coming here for years. I know the owners, Mike and Sanni Chua, quite well, from even before they made the pub. I consider them best friends. This is basically a...place where locals and ex-pats hang out, not a phony touristy bar where you pay high prices for mediocre food and drinks. This is the real Singapore where you can mingle with real, friendly Singaporeans that are always open and happy to talk with you. Most of the food dishes are German, but there are a few non-German dishes. All are excellently prepared by the best cooks. No matter what you order, it's guaranteed to be great and satisfying. I would guess there are over 100 different world beers to try, but I always figure since I'm in Singapore, I'll stick with Singapore's own Tiger Beer. There is live music on a small stage. The musicians change often, so not sure who I'll see perform next time, but they're all great. The hospitality at Brauhaus is incomparable. Mike and Sanni are the greatest of hosts, the salt of the earth. Take my advice, if you're ever in Singapore, definitely make it to Brauhaus. You're guaranteed to be happy you did, and you'll be back. Tell them I sent you. I can't wait to get back there myself.More

Knowing Brauhaus since decades, had the chance to visit again this month - after the Covid pandemic. As always had a really good time hanging out there. Impressive selection of German and international Beer - great food - really friendly and fast service. My friends and I were farewelling one of us and we wanted something special. We loved the food, the Pork Knuckle, the snails, and Sausage platter. The Crocodile Snitzel was a bit chewy but I still liked it a lot. They have a couple of exotic meat dishes which is quite interesting. We ordered deer meat and lamb chop. All the meat dishes were hard and difficult to slice or chew. To be honest, my expectation was quite high when I see the number of...stars they are rated at but it is really disappointing. The ,meat are neither tender not juicy. They are just dry and hard. The waitress is friendly though. I would have been better off eating at hawker western stall which has much better food quality and much much cheaper.More
Ordered home-delivery giving Instructions on packing n food labels. Everything was duly adhered to. Portions were generous and food delicious. Knuckles were crispy n still warm when delivered. Enjoyed the rib of lamb, it was so tender and well seasoned. Pork Schnitzels’s cracker coating was...not thick nor oily, has nice texture...even the seniors enjoyed it. Roast quail was something unusual, regretted that we only ordered 1 set. Tangy sauce of the Cabbage Parcel was flavourful and goes so well with the minced meat and cabbage. The side dishes were also a hit. And not forgetting the beers recommended by Sanni. Would shout out to the services rendered by Sanni. She diligently answered all our questions on WA and even checked if the food has arrived. She was so apologetic when she heard that there was a delay. Such great after sales service! Would love to try out the menu onsite once the dine-in restrictions are lifted.More

Decided to frequent this restaurant post circuit breaker. Truly enjoyed the food especially the pork knuckle (just order half knuckle, can feed 3!), sausage platter and the variety of imported beers! The staffs and boss are also very friendly. Highly recommended.

Burgers, sandwiches are very salty, ingredients used are stale, signature Pork Knuckle bee hoon consists only bee hoon and cabbage. Horrible food at shamelessly high price.
