How is Singapore Flyer Sky Dining rated?

We decided to try this because of the voucher given by the Singapore government. Otherwise, I would consider this to be rather expensive unless it's for a really special occasion. In summary, four tables shared one flyer capsule. I like the design which enabled everyone...to have an unblocked view at some time during the ride regardless of which side of the capsule you are seated. The dinner lasts one hour, so you get the equivalent of two rides. Perhaps one of us should have chosen the fish dish. We both chose the lamb dish and while it was a very generous portion, it was covered in bread crumbs and deep fried. First time I had lamb this way and I confess I didn't really appreciate it as I could not really taste the lamb. There is the Asian option if you prefer Asian food. Would I do this again? Probably not, but if you have not tried the flyer, and it's a special occasion, can consider.More

Wonderful experience like no other

Looking for a special experience in Singapore then look no further! This is a very unique experience and although it's not the cheapest thing to do I'm town, it certainly is unique and the food is actually really good with decent portion sizes!

Over priced, worth only for the view !!!

We decided to come here for 2nd time during our 10 day stay in Singapore to experience the dining experience inside the Flyer, since we had heard so much about it. However, the food was just ok for the kind of pricing. Service was slow...and according to me its definitely not value for money. Only good thing is that the entire capsule was reserved for us as a family and we had some lovely quite moments enjoying the 360 degree view of the city. Can experience once, if you want to spend money.More

Dining and staring out instead of your food

whole dining experience lasts for about an hour in the pod. so you will get 2 chance to get a birds-eye view of the city twice. recommend visiting the toilet prior to the start of the journey.

Holiday

We booked a dining capsule on the flyer so that we could have dinner taking in the spectacular views over marina bay. The staff were really nice and we had 2 rotations on the flyer while we ate our 4 course meal. Although the food...was nice we didn't think it was value for money and just expected a bit better for $350. Having said that we did have a great time got some super photos and we wouldn't have missed the experienceMore

Dining with spectacular view

The dining experience was great, with the accompanying view at sundown and dark being the best! Pre lounge area was chilled, enjoying a Singapore Sling cocktail. The Singapore Flyer pod had two dinner tables, plenty of room and privacy. We had a four course meal...doing two meals per round trip on the Flyer, taking an overall 2 hours. The dessert was the best 👍😬 Drinks was separately billed before the dining, in the lounge area. Friendly staff, treated us like VIP's 😃More

I believe we paid around $350 Singapore dollars which did include wine. It was a fantastic experience, a little expensive but so glad we did it. Hope that helps.
