It is authentic Italian food. The place is very cosy. The employees there are very friendly and helpful.
Poor service, sub par Food is smaller version and tastes decent Due to bad service, and inattentive staff, lack of any service irks any customer despite tasty food. Spoiled the whole day for me as I brought along a friend to try thier food ....I had been to this restaurant many times, pre COVID, and always enjoyed good service and tasty food and ambience. First visit since the COVID rules have been relaxed, was looking forward to a great meal. Hence a let down...and management better do some retraining of staff before losing more clientele! No service nevermind, but staff seems more interested to 'chase customers' out by 2.30pm..so they can 'rest and eat at the big table!' I recalled the times I had patronized the restaurant 3 years back.Never once did the good staff ever hinted us..the customers to quickly consumed our meals ..and asked us to leave the restaurant. In fact , I remembered staff then told us we can stay around after 2.3pm..but they will just be there at about 2.35pm..having their own lunch breaks , which is good 😊 This is called service. I was there to place an order..so my friend , being a frist timer, asked for recommendations. The staff didn't bother to do so.Then I asked what was the dessert cum coffee set, dessert for that day.She told me was tiramisu.I ordered it . Shortly my latte came.Instead of expecting a tiramisu , a bowl containing a miserable scoop of some chocolate ice cream! Then before 2.3pm, I was hurriedly asked to settle our bill, which I did.I asked the same female staff, when I had placed my prior order, she had informed me the dessert was tiramisu. Why was I being served a miserable scoop of chocolate ice cream instead ! No explanation nor apologies were given ...!I told the staff ... should have informed me if the restaurant has run out of tiramisu and told me in advance about it!Aghast at such basic poor services.More like the staff are very unprofessional and only interested to have their upcoming lunch breaks! When we first stepped into the restaurant, there were many empty tables inside. But the male staff insisted to place us seated at the entrance 2 seater, which was super hot and uncomfortable! We saw a group of customers leaving and immediately requested to move inside the air conditioning area segment (inner main dining hall) of the restaurant ourselves. The staff does not have the initiative to even suggest we change our seats to the inner more comfortable empty tables! The pasta is decently good but all these bad service left me with ... Really management did not even bother to reply me when I took the trouble to inform them about this . So do not eat here unless you wants bad service. The food is decent.Price is not that cheap except their one for one meal, but portion has reduced in qty and is still quite pricey! Thank you.More
Food is nice and served quite fast. But staff r either too busy or stressed up at lunch hour. They look a bit grumpy.
Food is good, service is good and good value for money. Ambience is good and should bring family and friends here
Excellent service, excellent food, we enjoyed our lunch. The pizzas was good. loved the pepperoni pizza, the rosemary chicken is a must, and roast pork. great coffee too.
Our family of 3 made a reservation for 18 March 2022, 7pm. We were early, about 6.30pm and were given a seat right next to the staff workstation, where the employees were preparing food. We asked if we could move to another table and there...were quite a number of empty 4 seater tables, like the one we had. The Indiam guy who attended to us said no as those tables were reserved. Understandbly, we asked what time the reservations were and we could finisg before that. He refused to disclose and said the tables were for their regulars. It was our first time. He then went on to insult our intelliegence by saying our table was for 3 because of safe-distancing. That didn't even make sense as we were right nect to the workstation and my girl's seat was probably half a metre away from the two employees who were preparing food. So, he was actually putting us and the employees in danger. In settings where masks may not always be worn, there should be at least a metre apart. By the time we finished dinner and made payment, there were at least two 4 seater tables which were unoccupied, it's rtegulars had still not shown up then. Service by this Indian guy was very bad. It was clear he didn't think very much of us since were were first timers and not regulars. It is a pity as food was good. However, there are many Italian restaurants like Etna at East Coast and Positano Risto at Bussorah Road wih outstanding food and excellent service (You can see from their google and tripadvisor reviews that food and service are top-notch). I've written to the restaurant about their teriible service by thie guy and will make a report to OneService about their ridiculous safe-distancing measure.More
The children ate with relish. We ordered two pizzas, Honey Pork Belly, Lasagna. All of the dishes were delicious.
Service and food quality always tip top. Never fail me to come back again! My third visit, surely come back again! 👍👍👍
This is my honest review, worst experience ever. Food wise, everything was bad especially their pasta. Bland and soupy. Overpriced for Saizeriya standard. Few tiny pieces of ham for their carbonara. Only pizza was sort of acceptable but they added so much greens on the...pizza, I could barely find any other toppings. Not worth the value and did not look aesthetically pleasing. Service wise, they do not have enough manpower and staff were inattentive. Long waiting time when they were not even full house. No ambience at all but not expecting much from a restaurant in nearby estate. Overall, will not patronise again.More
