Visited the restaurant for dinner.
The only thing my fam and I love was the pizza. It’s real good, no doubt.
But we ordered 6 different types of pastas + some sides, none were impressive and the bill came up to $270+. My wallet was not happy with it at all, tummy too🙃
One thing I appreciated though, was the chef were willing to change an initial bolognese pasta to aglio olio. But to my surprise, the aglio olio was not the usual one we eat outside. Instead of the usual dry ones, it has broth. It was not very bad, but also not what I expected.
Saw that there are 1 for 1 promos for lunch, so it’s prolly more worth it that way.
Menu should probably have images for reference too.

Great place to go. Located at residential area in Seletar district, Pietro served excellent PIZZA and other Italian foods. Apart from the excellent pizzas fired from the wood-burning oven, other dishes like pasta and spicy chicken wings were delicious. The interior decor is warm and when my family and I were there on Saturday, there was a live band to entertain whilst you dined. Excellent services provided by staff as well.

It was our first visit there to celebrate my birthday. However, the environment was very disappointing. There were 2 groups of people speak and laugh very very loud and no one from the restaurant requests them to lower their voice. We literally had to speak very loud to combat the noise because we couldn't hear each other! To be honest, the experience was worse than a kopitiam.
When the server refilled our water, he literally held the rim of the glass where one ought to drink from! I left the glass untouched since then.
Food wise, my friend commented that the pizza (paid for extra cheese) was very bland. I thought the rissoto was alright and the tiramisu was good.

I'm not a fan of fusion food and so it didn't work in my favour. It's a great deal for those that do love fusion. Disappointed with the pistachio lava cake. It took 20 minutes for the first to arrive but we sent it back because the cake itself wasn't cook and the replacement came another 20 minutes or more later. Smaller in size and I felt the cake was still doughy. The guy who served me at the entrance was excellent. The lady after that can't say much about the quality of her service

It was really good to have 1-for-1 during New Year Eve. As I am a vegetarian, the staff was very nice to request my pasta and pizza to be specially customised. I had a Hawaiian Pizza with half of it without the ham for me and the other half with ham to share the big pizza with my friend. My pasta was specially customised to suit my needs too with cauliflower and broccoli. When we requested photos to be taken, the staff was so kind to shift away the chairs and tables so that it would not block us. It has always been a wonderful experience for many rounds of my visit with friends.

Terribly disappointing. There are many better Italian restaurants at $35 per head. I would not go back. Price is excluding wine. Half a small lobster and 180g sirloin steak costs $68. Although mentioned good for sharing, must say portion was really small and definitely way overpriced.
Food was slow, service not attentive. Air-con was barely cold.

We were early for dinner and not many customers. We ordered a starter and 2 mains. We waited for quite a while and all 3 orders came together.
We asked the manager if the starter should come first and mains to be served after we finished our starter? The answer was - I was not the one who took your order and walk off.
The response came as a shock because the manager purely shift the blame to his staff.
Service is poor and needs to be improved.

The pizza is good - and will get better when they upgrade the pizza oven. The servings are generous and fresh. The organic wine is nice. If you get one of the last slots in the lunch setting don’t be surprised if they give you the bill and ask you to pay before you finish your meal. This is a bit annoying.

This is my honest review, worst experience ever. Food wise, everything was bad especially their pasta. Bland and soupy. Overpriced for Saizeriya standard. Few tiny pieces of ham for their carbonara. Only pizza was sort of acceptable but they added so much greens on the pizza, I could barely find any other toppings. Not worth the value and did not look aesthetically pleasing. Service wise, they do not have enough manpower and staff were inattentive. Long waiting time when they were not even full house. No ambience at all but not expecting much from a restaurant in nearby estate. Overall, will not patronise again.

went on weekday lunch so there is 1 for 1 so the pricing is not bad, otherwise without discount would be quite expensive. the pizzas are amazing, all thin crust. pastas are good too (tried the truffle one and aglio olio). the desserts are not that good. i suggest having desserts somewhere else. service is pretty good and ambiance is okay!

Came here for weekday lunch. Restaurant food for great, however service was terrible. At the start, requested to split the bill into 2 cheques. Restaurant said no as it was lunch promo. We requested for non promo items
with the intent simply to split the bill. Restaurant still insisted no split bills and gave reasons such as the system does not allow 2 bills. Staff was non accommodating and even a little rude in explaining why.

To the Owner:
I had a lunch session with a business associate today at Pietro on friend's highly recommended restaurant.
The food served were good. But the Order taker (Bai Shafara) messed up the order by inputing "duck confit" instead of "pork belly" which I had distinctly asked "how the pork belly would be cooked?" while Bai was taking our orders.
Bai was not upholding Pietro's reputation as he told us : " You should have checked the order receipt..."
In normal circumstances, I would gladly accept a wrong dish ordered, but Bai had really gave a bad taste to the mouth of our lunch visit. And the dessert set we ordered "coffee + tiramisu" were served with a scoop of ice-cream and 2 dry crackers. Someone had short-changed us on the tiramisu, I guessed.
All in all, I wouldn't be recommending Pietro to anyone in the near future.

Clean environment. Friendly and attentive staff. Ordered a mushroom soup, spaghetti AL Nero do Seppia moderate spicy, Aglio Olio e Funghi and house pour wine. Good portion of food served. Will return for sure.

I wanted to try this restaurant, which requires reservation as it is quite popular. I called and made a reservation for 12pm since the online booking did not have the timing available.
When my friend arrived at 11.45am, he was told the reservation was at 1pm. Their booking screen showed 1pm booking, but with a note that says 12pm. And so, my friend left the restaurant.
Upon my arrival at 12pm, I was told that the same story. But when I insisted my booking was at 12, a table was made available immediately. But my friend had already left.
Extremely disappointed at this mishandling of reservation. And unlikely that I would return.
