I think most of us prefer butter to planta or margarine in our kaya toast and sandwiches. I hope Fusion Spoon can improve on this aspect. Thanks

Do not expect ‘haute cuisine’. This is more or less a fastfood restaurant offering multiple dishes from several regions/countries. Good quality, quick service but fastfood ambiance. Still, good for a quick lunch when visiting the Botanical Gardens.

Thought we would just have whatever lunch was available and walked right into Fusion Spoon. Ordered the Japanese sets and were really surprised by the ease, choice and fair quality of the food and excellent service. The traditional coffee choice did not disappoint. The price...More

Feb. 6 to Feb 10th 2017 Fusion Spoon catered Breakfast, Morning Tea, Lunch, and Afternoon Tea for an International Scientific Conference. They did a good job. Attached are a sampling of the variety of their spread.
