Authentic tapas with creative flair. Good techiques of mainstay Spanish cooking (skill with potatoes, eggs, frying, paella). Spanish dishes vary from region to region, this an authentic rendition of tapas suited to Singapore in a good way (less salt for example). Good to have a...sherry list but by the glass options are less extensive. Good service, gave a simple dessert for family birthday celebration.More

Was amazed by the food at FOC! The tapas were delicious and we ordered all the recommendations and enjoyed ourselves. The cocktails were yummy too. Special commendation to the very attentive and warm service. Will be back!

seating versus the bar counter. We knew what to order as we had gone through the reviews & recommendations from other patrons. The service staff Phelps and Suresh were super friendly and attentive to our needs. They really looked after us well and also gave...their recommendations for what to order (though we knew exactly what we wanted). We picked a lovely medium bodied red wine 🍷. The potato bravas was gorgeous and so was the prawns. For our mains we ordered their famous (highly recommended) Squid ink paella 🥘- order wise the 3 dishes were just about adequate for 2 but we decided to go overboard with the desserts. Both the desserts were stunning ! Check out the pics. We will surely be back here again to try some of the other dishes. The chef Xavier was very friendly as well. We were transported back to Catalunya on a wonderful gastronomic experience.More

It was my first visit and my friend been raving about the Spanish food. So glad the food met my expectations! Food spread was lovely and we ordered many starters, mains and desserts to share. I enjoyed the oysters with a bit of gin, the...mushroom and pork for starters. The lemon pie was unique. I was there for my birthday and thank you for the birthday muffin.More

Always a pleasure to be here- Good “inventive “ Spanish cuisine. Great service from Leroy, who recommended us various options. The beetroot salad was a surprise. Fresh, refreshing with burnt olive taste in the cream. It taste like a little “ Wokhei “ to it!

2 hours dinning and minimum spending is required. Food on the whole is not bad, but a tad too salty and very garlicky. Serving is on the small side as compared to other restaurants. FOC has their own cocktail menu worth a try.

I learned this word Vamos when watching Rafael Nadal hit a winning shot and the entire stadium erupted with Vamos Nadal. That was also the feeling when my wife & i had one of the best birthday celebrations at FOC Restaurant . My love for...Spanish cuisine after weeks of touring in Spain 30 years ago and i find some wonderful similarity between Spanish & Chinese cuisines: Tapas vs Dim Sim , Paella vs Chinese rice dishes ! Great food cultures indeed. That evening was great also due to the great recommendation & impeccable service rendered by the young manager Leroy assisted by an even younger serving staff whose name i forgot( he was a disrupted return under-graduate from US) . They served with disarmingly cheerful , respectful & friendly attitude . We ordered: Daily Special Seafood -Oysters ( $6 per piece) Sea Urchin Toast $30/- Anchovy on Brioche $9/- Padron Peppers $16/- Octopus Galican $30/- Spanish Seafood Soup$22/- Black Squid Ink Paella $32/- Basque Cheesecake$18/-. None disappoints ! Leroy also presented the birthday lady a surprised birthday dessert to round off a very special evening !More

Went there with friends and had an amazing time. I would rate the good 5/5 and the service was just amazing. Special shout-out to D-Roy (the guy with the funky glass)— he was amazing.
