I wonder if the staffs are trained. 5 of us seated at a table called for waiter to order our food. And the waiter could just happily take 1 order and walked away until we got to let him know the rest has yet to...give theirs.More

I ate at this restaurant a few times and the last time I ate here was a couple of years ago. The food was still really good and the service was alright. But this time, the pizza was so wet and there was barely any...meat on top, the pizza also came uncut and we had to cut them up ourselves. We had ordered 2 XXL pizzas and usually they would be cut into squares. One of the pizzas was still cut in squares, but the other was only cut in one direction. We asked the waitress if we could get a pizza cutter to cut it ourselves, but she dismissed us and said rudely that it was already cut properly. In the end, we had to cut the pizza ourselves. Apart from the waitress, the other staff were really friendly and attentive which was why I rated my experience a 3/5 instead of 2/5.More

i have booked the table 3 days ago and the staff call me on the day, just 2 hrs before my booking , i was told me there is a glitch in the booking system and that she cannot guarantee my booking. after some reasoning..., she told me she can reserved a table but not a corner table which i have requested during my reservation. Again , after some reasoning, she reluctantly give in. Very poor customer service in handling this situation, ... customer cannot be responsible for the glitch in the system.........More

The pizzas were nice and crusty. Service was very good, tendered by a crew who was temporary posted to Suntec from Zion Road. Unfortunately, did not get the crew's name. The aircon was not strong and my bro actually was perspiring like crazy. Would recommend...shop to standby fan, if the aircon is centralized.More

The food is good. Love it. But the service was a little off. They open the wine before chilling it. Need to call out to them a few times before they actually come to your table.

Food is super good and tasty, the chocolate shake was surprisingly not too heavy on the whipped cream and the pizza was worth the price. Would come back with friends to dine again!

Reservation was fuss free. Table was ready upon arrival. Restaurant also called to confirm reservation. Service at the restaurant was pleasant! We had a good dinner!

We ordered XXL with half fungi pizza and half seafood. It was very tasty and crust is very thin. Not oily and cheese was just nice.

As always the pizza was fantastic! Kids loved the pizza. Service was good as well. Pricing wise was slightly on the higher size but we came with that knowledge as it was a birthday celebration.

Staff are affable and are accommodating. Food is always the best and is prepared with proper hygiene and that the place is clean too. I recommend that everyone should eat here because it is spacious and that special events can also be done over here.

The restaurant accepted my reservation on Chope and when my friends and I showed up to the restaurant, abruptly informed us that they do not accept our reservation and that they would be moving it to Monday. How ridiculous!
